You pick up at a window instead of going inside. I loved that! Food was hot and delicious!
PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE! YOU WILL GET SICK AFTER EATING THE FOOD! EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! Our usual spot for Chinese was closed so we decided to try this place. When the delivery driver arrived he refused to give us the order stating we did not pay because he was not given a receipt. He held the order while we called the restaurant to confirm the payment was received. The woman who initially took our order and the payment for the order then demanded that we tip the driver. I refused and the driver left. After we ate the food and went to bed our stomach told us we did not have good food. My 10yr old has been running from both ends all day. I called the restaurant back to inform them of what happened and the same Woman from last night stated it is our problem. I agree because we should have NEVER eaten here.
Rude as hell and argued with me over them messing up my order as if I can’t see the food sitting in front of me. Overpriced for tasteless food. Hardly any meat in any dish they make. Terrible customer service. Basura.
Cold and over priced took 50 minutes to be delivered. The shrimp egg rolls were nasty tasting. Shrimp egg foo young was also cold didn't taste right.$22.15 worth of garbage, which is exactly where it went!!
I did not get half my order. When I called them back she kept trying to tell me I ordered from another location. I repeated our conversation and she denied she said it. When I told her I wouldn’t order from there anymore she said “Whatever”
Made an online order I did not get my order, so I called to see if he got my order he said I called the wrong store. He did not want to look and see if my order went threw or if someone forgot to deliver it. He just hung up the phone. I'm trying to get my money back.
My normal Chinese takeout is close on Sunday decided to try this place, very disappointed at the flavor of this food the worst Chinese takeout in the Belleville area. Good price but food did not taste good at all. Only gave a star because of the price, customer service wasn't up to par either.
Never thought Chinese food could taste so bad. Old hard rice to start with artificial tasting heavy coated chicken. Just gross. Eating from a garbage can would be better.
Just ordered her 2 times due to them keep forgetting order! The 2nd time I did a walk in and paid and they still act like they didn’t get my order until I showed them my receipt then they immediately gave me my order as if I were lying or something. Or they was trying to get over on me maybe?! Idk but I’m frustrated and don’t even want my food anymore after wasting 1 hour of my life trying to order 2 small items.
Our go to for a quick dinner. Never have a issue with my order. Thank you
