The food is always good and the service is fast. I love eating here
As always this is a great place. Great food, very clean, Always hires great staff and seem to hire very nice people. Now just open on Sundays lol just kidding
They've NEVER gotten my order wrong unlike most other places. Always fast and friendly.
I have no problem with the food, it is always great. But I do have a problem with a cashier who cannot do basic math. I purchased food on the inside on 6/24. My bill was $10.24, so I gave the cashier $20.25, simple right, not so. She handed me $9.76 change. When I told her this was incorrect and told her my change was $10.01, she did not understand. Said she neglected to put in the quarter. Regardless if she entered the quarter. It was simple basic math. She had to get help from another employee and they gave me the correct change. She stood there like a deer in the headlights. Why is this person on a cash register and she cannot add?
If chick -fill -a ran the IRS we would have no tax problems. Very friendly staff, efficient and good food.
I was very ? . I found hair in my food after l had driven off . I called back to complain. I kept getting put on and transferred . When I finally got a chance to speak with someone ;he took my information and said that someone would be contacting me . Needless to say NEVER HAPPENED ! ! !
As soon as we pulled up to the drive thru, we were greeted by a friendly order taker, who held a menu and a payment processing tablet. The line was quite long, but multiple people taking orders, along with modern tech made the process much quicker and smoother.The food was incredible as always, and their soup option was great!Will definitely come back again, if I travel through this area.
I cannot believe they gave us old food. I’ve always told everyone how great this place is but apparently something has changed recently. We were given someone else old order and my order was incorrect. Didn’t bother to call or return because things have changed in the world today. No time to get into disputes over food.
I come here all the time because it’s 3 mins away from my home. The service is usually top tier. Today unfortunately it was not. The young lady who took my order (she had a septum piercing) was very rude. She brushed me off. She didn’t say my pleasure or thank you and walked away as I was still asking her a question. Not the service I have ever received or ever expected to receive from CFA.
Consistently one of very few places to eat you can depend on the quality of products and services. Well worth any and all efforts to get as many meals as possible here, within reason.lol
