This burger king has disappointed me multiple times. I've went here at different times of the day, waiting weeks in between and every time they do not have the cha-king.I'm fine with them not having it, if you are not going to be making the sandwich any longer at least set an expectation for customers and have signs or remove it from the menu so people know.
Burger King is and probably always be my favorite fast food and this burger king was definitely one of the best ones I've been to, there was a short wait for the food but it came out hot, fresh and correct. 10/10 would eat here again
This is one of the worst run restaurants I have been been waiting 30 min for food. Employees are disorganized leaders are not being leaders when you are wrapped around building and have 6 orders inside
Overpriced, burgers taste like mush, fries are nothing like they used to be and the service is terrible.
Wait a little bit due to understaff but they make everything correctly. Everything was hot the chicken sandwich was probably the best chicken sandwich I have had in 5 years. Great work guys, keep it up!
The original chicken sandwich my sister ordered was good, but I ordered a BigKing and asked for no onions, but they gave me onions, and forgot my pickles. And the burger wasn't completely cold, but it most definitely wasn't hot, and basically tasted like it was sitting there for hours. The drive thru was backed up and took forever. But ut was an okay experience.
Burger King what in the world happened to your takeout bags? Almost every time I get food from this this store bag is ripped before I get in the house. They're not even strong enough to keep the food warm at all. I am about to give up coming to this place because cold fast food is what not what I came here for. Corporate if you're not going to open the dining room at least give us a decent bag too bring the food home in. The soda taste flat every time also. More restaurants and grocery stores need to keep in mind the customer . We are not numbers we are humans.
Order was accurate and tasted great. Started their rewards program and get free stuff r get discounts it's awesome
They were literally the only fast food restaurant still open at 4:00 p.m. during the freeze of early Feb 2022. We had to wait a little while, but the order was cooked to order, fresh off the grill. Exceptionally great customer service & friendly demeanor under austere conditions.
Drive through is consistently ridiculously slow. Why was I d*** enough to try this again?Oh hey, they got my order wrong, too. Awesome.
