The food was hot and fresh. I didn't have to wait long at all to get my order after I placed it.It seemed like the crew is still in drive thru only mode as the dining room could have received a little attention with dirty tables and stuff on the floor. Also the drink station could have used a wipe down and there were very few lids. The new burger was good but it was very well done instead of the medium that the menu board made a point of mentioning.

The food was delicious, fresh, and relatively timely. We got the wrong order at first, and while the employee on the window was pleasant, the manager 'running' the food was less so. We explained we didn't get the correct order and were met with argumentative comments from her, while she fixed the issue.

The food was good but the employees had some internal conflicts going on which affected the orders being made in a timely manner. They weren't working together.Soda was almost out, no condiments available. There was a fight between an employee and a customer. They were really busy and it was just a bad situation.I hope they have better days. I worked in the restaurant business and it isn't easy.

I haven’t been to this Arby’s since the remodel so I thought I would give it a try. Two of the workers were outside pacing on their phone having obnoxious conversations for every one to hear. When I got to the drive thru, I was not greeted or asked to wait. After about five minutes, I finally said hello? Which I was rudely told that I needed to wait that it would be a few minutes. I said it had already been a few minutes and the girl lashed back and said what did you say with an extreme attitude. I said it had already been a few minutes and she started mouthing off that she had a lot to do. Very unprofessional and argumentative for no reason. I asked what her name was and she wouldn’t give it to me so I just drove off. Even if the employee is busy, they should acknowledge a customer in the drive thru and at least be apologetic for the wait. This girl needs a new job because she is extremely unhappy working there. This would have been Friday June 3rd in the afternoon.

On Sunday June 12th. I stop at the one in Belleville, IL about 1:00pm. on my way to work. I went Inside to place my order along with three other guest. As we waited for someone to take our order no one came to the counter to see what we needed. We all noticed the employee's we talking very loud yelling about an order wasn't right that someone had places in the drive thru lane. Then one lady noticed that one employee was just standing waving her hands and I say one employee missing with her cell phone and the she sat it down next to food and start missing with her hair and yelling and talking very loud then she fix order that belong to the guest in the drive thru lane. I walk out and a few seconds the other three guest came out and went somewhere else. This is not a good look for this store I my never return to eat here again and this always has been my favorite place to eat. I think it's time someone from corporate to come to and check on these workers and the manager wasn't no were to be found. If she was there that day she need to be held accountable to her staff.

There were 5 employees there but only 2 were working. One in the kitchen and one at the drive-thru window. The other 3 were standing around talking. I was the only one at the counter wanting to put my order in.20 minutes later someone finally asked me if they could help me I said yes that would be nice.

Waited forever in line then on food. 3 people standing around at drive thru 2 doing nothing. Had to pull up for my food. Did not bring drinks out had to wait more. Did not give me crinkle fries or sauce that I asked for and gave me diet soda.

Drive thru was quick and efficient which was a plus. Cashier at the window was friendly. Bought 2 of the new Wagu burgers and sides. Have to say, these were the toughest burgers we Ever ate. Wagu is supposed to be tender and juicy, can be eaten raw, but whomever cooked these, did it super well done. Dry as a bone. Very disappointed for such an expensive sandwich that we were anticipating.

I ordered in the drive thru this evening. Pull up to the speaker and the employee is giggling as she’s asking me about my order. I give my order and had to repeat it twice. Pull to the window and she literally has her back to the window and is texting. Finally turns around and hands me my order. Forgot my drink and had to ask for it as she closed the window. I drive away and realize I was given the wrong drink. So I turn around and go back into the lobby to get the correct one. I said this is the wrong drink, could I please get the coke i ordered? One person said oh sure we can get you a coke, without even turning around to look at me. The three girls working the window (if you call it working) were laughing and one even mocked those words. I asked if I could speak to the manager. He was the one with his back to me and said yeah I’m the manager. Is there a problem? I asked for a card or a number to discuss this horrible service. Wouldn’t give me one. I promptly left with employees snickering and going back to texting. Awful service. Rude employees. So disappointed. Their staff could take a lesson from the Arbys in Swansea. Won’t go back.
