The two employees working the closing shift on 06/25/2022 would not serve me food when I arrived at 11:15 PM when they don’t close until 12 AM on this Saturday
Not happy, Ordered the thigh bites and got mixed pieces of dry boneless chicken and chunks of cooked chicken batter, I actually only saw 3 thigh bites, Had the same order while in Scottsdale, Az and it was perfect all pieces we thigh bites. I guess it's best to order bone in wings.
Gabby the manager is very unprofessional and rude. I am still waiting a refund of an order that food was returned and Gabby prepared wrong. I took food back to Wingstop on Saturday April 30th and today is Friday May 6th and still no refund. I initially purchased food from Naperville Forgue location and was told to called the Aurora Eola location because Gabby was there today. I called and phone was picked up and hung up. I guess with the caller ID she don't want to give me a refund. She is the manager at both locations. I will never support either location again. Waiting over 7 days for a refund for your mistake is ridiculous and to hang up on someone while I'm calling just shows you don't need the business and you dont care about patrons supporting your business.
Avoid this branch. Tried 3 times, always over cooked, soggy and smelly chicken. Oil drip out of it like a squeezed sponge.
Poorly managed restaurant! Needs change. To bad. Wing stop normally delicious, but not at this location! Hopefully they make a change, so I can eat at my local wing stop!
This is my second time ordering here. My daughter ordered the thigh combo with seasoned fries and blue cheese dressing . It came with a 20oz drink as well. First off let me say that my daughter liked her meal. I only ordered the 5 piece classic wings with lemon pepper dry seasoning. I enjoyed the taste of the lemon pepper however, the wings were over cooked which suggests to me that they were not made to order. The wings harden after being fried a second time. I know fresh to order when I taste it and I don't like refried wings. I will pass on another attempt to like Wings from Wingstop.
Your employees are lazy and like to close the store 30 minutes early. This is fast-food, not a sit-down restaurant.
I’ve been coming here for years. However the last times I’ve gone I’ve received TERRIBLE service. I ordered from their website and food was never delivered. They weren’t willing to remake food or help me out. Basically I lost $35 dollars, Then a few weeks later I go and they couldn’t find my order. The staff completely ignored me while I was standing there. They have terrible service! I would avoid this place!
Gone few times, all terrible. Should learn my lesson. Damp wings, watery sauces, watery ranch. Fries were cold and damp.Not sure what they're doing. Gross. Rare I give a 1 star. I pretty much eat anything and I couldn't finish what I ordered.
