This White Castle was the slowest ever that I have ever seen. From the time I placed my order to get to the window was 10 minutes. And then I had to wait 10 minutes at the window for my food. They did not fill up the fries. They missed three cheeseburgers and they missed two of the chicken bacon ranch chicken sandwich. I tried calling the store I got hung up on twice. Be careful coming here!!!!!!!!
Honestly a good place. I walked in a little bit early with an order placed ahead of time and they still got it done in about 5 minutes. They're overworked being the only location in the area but they still do their best. Just be a patient and courteous human being and you'll have a great time.
Wanna wait 20 min to give your order and another 20 min for you’re food? Then this is the place for you. Service is trash. The wait is far to long for what they are serving. I love White Castle, but this location has always been garbage as far as service and sense of urgency.
Have never had a good experience here. All the reviews complaining about wait times are absolutely true.There was a time where I approached the intercom at the drive through window, and was greeted with "Please wait a minute". After asking how much longer of a wait I needed after a minute, and waiting 5 additional minutes (without a response), it was made clear that I was better off finding a meal elsewhere.Add an (at least) additional 25 minutes to your meal trip time estimate.
Waited a good half hour for our order, but was worth it. Burgers were fresh and hot. First time ordering here and having White Castle since the longest.
Food ALWAYS made wrong. We wait in drive thru for over 30 minutes and food is always made wrong. I ordered 10 cheese sliders plain from the app with cheese fries and I come home with 4 cheese burgers with large mozerella sticks. I don’t eat here much but when I do I’m always disappointed.
Party On Dude!!! Yes this is the Wayne's World White Castle and it is one of the last in the area. The workers are short staffed but work as fast as they can. I appreciate everything they do. Do wish WC could get a few more employees at night to make the line a little quicker though. Always on point with the orders though
Great, hot food. I love the double cheeseburgers-I get onion rings instead of fries and put 1 on each burger. YummService was slow. But when there are not enough people out there working-can't hardly blame it on the workers that are there working there tails off
The staff here is what gets a 5 star review. They're so understaffed, underpaid and over worked. Yet they are always super friendly, courteous and professional. It's White Castle, people don't go for the food. They go for the people and the moment and this location steps up and makes everything great.
Went through drive thru at about 10pm. Got the standard 10 pack with fries and a drink for the wife and I. The food was as good as it always is. Drive thru line took a lot longer than expected. Food was correct.
