We dropped in for dinner today! It was my first time trying the Caribbean Mango Salmon w/ Roasted Vegetables.
Food is good but I will not be going to this location anymore. (Never have issues with the Bolingbrook one.) I always call ahead - and give them enough time to make our order - but the last few times I've still had to wait. This is despite being a non-peak time and no lines. I try to give grace but it's been one too many times... It makes me wonder - do they think I'm not going to show up and therefore don't start prepping it until I arrive? That's my thought. Sorry, I'm not waiting 20-30 minutes for my food again.
Very nice interior seating, good vibe, friendly staff, and good food. I had the BBQ Tacos (brisket) and they were nice. They aren’t served with too much sauce, which I like, so I could dial in the amount of sauce I wanted to add along with the spicy green salsa that is also provided on the side. Tacos come with two tortillas each, so you can split the 3 tacos into 6 if you would like to make them less full.
No big lines at the drive up. Food was perfect on a toasted bun. I think the price was better than McDonald's when you consider the quality. Actually get a pickle wedge that is really good. Big selection from salads to sandwiches to dinners including ribs. I come back here pretty often because of the options. Also like that the staff wears gloves and masks. Big sitting area inside also a plus.
Liked the ribs and asked steak sandwich just to be served as steak and they did it!
They are very good at charging you for everything you order. They are however very bad at actually giving you the complete order. And when you get home and find all the sides not in the bag and call the manager you will be offered a free coke the next time you visit.
This restaurant is good. I am not very familiar with the restaurant, including its menu, but I knew it even before, and it is just that I never got the chance to visit it. I was with my friends when I went in here, and we were a group of four at our table. The restaurant is clean, and the atmosphere is just basically fine and somehow cozy. The staff are friendly and attentive. I was not familiar with their menu, and I was really surprised to see how many good options they have on their menu. I did not really expect that. They have Greek food, traditional American foods, and even some Mexican foods. The options are really good, but my friend seems to be interested in their pulled pork sandwich, so she asked the staff, and the staff said that it is really good and many people are ordering it. That is why I got curious and ordered it as well. The service is quick too. The pulled pork is definitely good, and I understand why many people are ordering it. It was juicy, meaty, and just delicious. The pork is tender and the flavor is perfect. The only downside here is their prices. We only ordered the pulled pork and some sides, and our bill was unexpectedly very expensive. It is expensive, but we really enjoyed the food, especially the pulled pork sandwich.
I've always had the same great experience at every Patio location I've ever been to. This location has steadily declined over the past couple of years. They're either constantly out of certain menu items, their pop tastes like syrup and is extremely flat, or their soup seems very watered down and has no flavor. With service like this they should either drastically lower their prices or they should start making some big management changes.
Ribs were great, garlic mashed potatoes were delicious. Wasn't a fan of the bread and could have used another side with the meal. Definitely a good fast casual concept but I have better places for BBQ.
Consistently delicious! We love their chicken kabobs. The regular Chicken Kabob comes with rice or potato, and the Cajun Kabob comes with a special rice with sausage and shrimp. The chicken was perfectly cooked and moist on the inside. A big meal, I always have leftovers. Prices are reasonable and they have a AAA discount if you show your card. Beautifully decorated spacious dining room, clean and bright.
