Haven't been to the Naperville/Aurora Location in a while. It was nice! We were served by Al and we was wonderful! My friend and I got drinks and dessert. The service was friendly, fast and delicious!

Don't come here! It use to be nice before but for some reason the management changed so as the employees....the first bad experience we had was the salad served went bad and the waiter didn't even said anything about it, the second time was we ordered food and it came so late. We noticed the cook and waitress were arguing.

I have been patronizing this location for years and out of all these years I have never experienced such low quality of disrespect as well as customer service from the server that my family and I had waiting on us. The server by the name of Serenity was very unpleasant, rude, disrespectful, as well as had poor customer management skills, being aware that we were dissatisfied with her service, her performance became even worse as if she did not feel the need to wait and serve us properly anymore. Serenity customer service goes a long way in this business, life in general and that is something my dear you desperately need attention in correcting. I will be contacting all management staff so another customer does not experience the level of disrespect my family and I received at Friday’s in Naperville.

If I could give no stars that would be my rating. We dine relatively early before the Friday rush, we were able to come in be seated right away. We waited awhile before our server came to our table. He came a took our order but was too busy to be completely attentive to our order specifics that he walked off before we could finish. We order appetizers which was over cook ( chicken dried completely out and the potatoes skins). Entrees came and our 2 salmon entrees were dried out completely & the sides weren’t correct. The server asked if we wanted a manager to come to the table I said yes, manager came over and basically remove the two entrées off the bill never really rectifying the situation considering the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. It’s always great to have something taken off the bill that you do not like, however you want people to come back to your establishment so management definitely failed at return having customers to return.

They weren't as busy compared to the other restaurants in the area. We sat down right away but our food took forever. It seemed as if they were short staffed, but our waitress did a good job. We ordered the loaded fries. It was good, but the cheese wasn't melted and definitely not worth $13. Another guest with me said the beer was flat and didn't taste like what he ordered. My salad was really good.

Stopped in for dinner and were seated promptly, which led me to believe that we were in for a pleasant experience. After sitting at the table for 10 minutes without being acknowledged, we were shown that the experience would be different than we hoped for.The dining room did not appear to full of customers and there seemed to be plenty of servers, so we couldn't believe that no one stopped at our table. At the very minimum, to at least get our drink order. After a few more minutes of waiting, we decided to leave and go elsewhere. Still without ever meeting our server or any server for that matter. As we were heading out, I noticed that the manager and the majority of the servers were having a meeting. I'm guessing it was a huddle prior to the dinner rush. As we were walking passed them, we were finally acknowledged and were thanked for stopping in.As someone in management, I understand that you want to get your team pumped and ready for the rush. I get it. The proper thing to do by the manager should have been to have all of the servers to check on their tables prior the huddle. Had we stayed, who knows how long it would have been before someone would have stopped by the table to check on us.I feel like I'm rambling now. The point is, do better by your customers before you lose anymore of them.

What a joke this place is.No one greeted us and there was maybe 12 people in the place. We waited about 5 minutes and finally just sat at the bar. The bartender was so-so.We got our drinks and ordered. All the staff disappeared for about 10 minutes. People came in and no one greeted them and they left.I had to go behind the bar and get my own beer cause no one was around.Food came out and it was cold and once again, no one was around.WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS TGI FRIDAYS.STAY AWAY.

The waitress Justice was amazing. She was super attentive. She made sure our drinks were filled in a decent amount of time. We told her we wanted to have a few drinks before dinner and she didn't bug us. Food and service was great. However I am giving it a 1 because the bathroom floor for women was super sticky and the one stall didn't even have a lock on it. The locks on the other stalls barely worked.

Food and drinks are still alright. Management is bad. The short white girl who supposedly is the manager here has no right to "manage". Seems more like she's using this title for her own self interest. Doesn't actually know how to manage anything, and has a really rude attitude. Someone should review her. When you ask her to get you things, she'll brush you off and make someone else do it. Where did you find someone so incompetent? It's ruining your business and making Miller look 100 times better. Get better staff

I give this place 3 stars because our server was clearly new to his job and he was trying and clearly was not being helped and didn’t get proper training. Our drinks sucked and the service was mediocre. Our server seemed like a great dude who was doing his best but just wasn’t ready and needed more training, he forgot orders and didn’t know much like I said he was clearly new and that’s totally fine but still not a great experience for a customer and the drinks we got were just absolutely awful. The food was solid though no complaints there!
