Chicken should go across the whole taco not just half of it. Cashier was super nice though.
Ordered on the mobile app said my order was received and when it said my order was ready I went in to pick it up, they seemed clueless about my order and it wasn't even ready. I had to wait longer for my order then she handed me a bag and and I had to ask for my drink and she must have thought I was lying that I ordered a drink cuz she had to go check on the order screen. Then the tacos weren't even wrapped right in the paper wrapping.
They cancelled my DoorDash order. Why? No reason other than "unable to fulfill my order". I'd be very hesitant to give money to this location if I were you. I've never had so much trouble at a fast food chain, they deserve 1 star, period
If I could give a -000000 star to the employee not even the restaurant itself the latina lady who worked the night shift at 12:29 June6 / june7 a -000 I would and I’m being very specific she had a bun and had dark hair she was super f rude and really made me feel horrible because she thought I said cherry and I said blue raspberry slushy she made the most ugliest face ever and then was not trying to make me another drinkbut I don’t understand why they aren’t going to give her a raise or it’s not coming out of her pocket to re make a drink that wasn’t even my fault she didn’t hear correctly, she was super rude and negative and extremely aggressive I thought she was going to fight me lol all I’m saying is be careful if you go at night time they are super aggressive for no reason lol
Inconsistency at it's finest. Just ordered from this location via DoorDash and it's the 3rd time I've received NO sauce packets. Ordered 10 Fire packets and 10 Diablo packets. A bag full of burritos and not a single packet of sauce, unbelievable. Why do you do this??
Very disappointed on my order. I have order Dorito Loco tacos for my children TODAY DEC.30 2020. I got home as i open them up to give to my children the tacos look soggy and falling apart like they where old Tacos from a day ago. So i call Taco bell and told the man they gave me old taco. He said he made them up and we where taking long on the order so they got like that. He basically new exactly who i was without asking for a order number. Hard shell tacos supposed to be hard not soft so by him saying we took long that a lie! Sound like they try to retaliate. The cheese on the tacos were melted and shell was stuck to the paper like they warm the food up in the microwave. I no what old tacos look like. But the Lord going to deal with that Tacos Bell and that person who gave out old food. With all this covid-19 going on they should be ashame of there selves. Food not fresh ????

It's Taco Bell, so you know what to expect... But this location is horrible. You could order 2 crunchy tacos and you'll get 1 soft. It's always been like this. They never get your order right and/or give you all your food.
The hostes who waited on me was increadable..handle my order very professionally..and was increadably nice ..made my day..beautiful soul
Big Taco Bell fan. I stop at this location a lot before getting the kids from school. Love the #1 it’s my go to! Employees are friendly and fast. Only complaint is from time to time I don’t get the side of spicy ranch I order and it’s my favorite part!!
