I have ordered here multiple times, and they've done a good job. The problem is recently, they've been cancelling my pickup orders and they claim my orders are fake, and that I've used a stolen card. Despite multiple ways of proving it's me, and that I've ordered there many times they refuse to serve me and give me a really hard time.I've also seen multiple Doordash drivers get denied as well. They're wasting so much time and money of people who drive there to pickup orders for work, or leisure. I would never go back to this Subway after my terrible experiences recently. If you do any sort of online order, DO NOT order here, trust me.Edit: not only did they not refund me my money, they actually marked the order as picked up and finished. They still charged my card and took my money, without giving me any food. Needless to say, I've filed a dispute with my credit card company.
Well... they got it done...I guess... walked in at 8:40. Yes, I know they close at 9. Not a single hi or anything. Got our order after feeling like we were talking to a wall. I am overly polite. Almost to a fault actually because I also work in the service industry. Couldn’t get a hi, goodbye or even a thank you out of these people. These poor kids look like they just woke up. Who lets their staff members go to work in sweatpants? Maybe I’m just old school but could they be any lazier? This was a sad experience. I have not actually eaten the sandwiches yet but I’m sure they are just fine. Just saying their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
Subway staff, service and food was okay but it would have been better if they hadn't discontinued the swiss cheese.
The pictures near the front of the store have razor sharp metal frames. They’re right next to the table I was seated at and when I went to sit down my shoulder grazed the corner of one, cutting my shoulder through my shirt. Very unsafe.

I ordered a BMT double meat. I have been eating this sandwich for 10 years. I got 8 salami 8 pepperoni, 8 ham. Should of been 12 ,12 and 8.Guess that us the way to make profit and keep food cost down. Owner offered to remake. No I just won't return . He said fine have a good night.
They close at 9. I came in at 8:50.I was greeted with "we're closed". I know I came in near closing time, but if your business hours say 9 pm, then close at 9 pm.This is a franchised business. The standard should be higher.
The service I had here was terrible. When I walked in there were two younger girls who were at the front. I asked one of them if they had what I ordered and they said no, okay maybe they ran out, understandable. The second girl leaves the front desk and comes back without a mask because her manager left and was finished with her shift (big red flag). Then when we finished they didn’t even have large cups IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY.
This subway location is terrible!!! The worker was giving me attitude when she messed up my order. And she refused to change it!!! I was so angry this place used to be nice and now it's change its terrible the workers give attitude.
I will never go here again would rather drive over an hour else where to another subway I asked for no meat no cheese 5 times yet they put cold cut meat on it never said anything close to sounding like cold cut and they put a tomato with a black spot on there I said please remove it removed a one that wasn't even close to it, completely disgusted and annoyed with this service
