Always a disaster unfortunately. Wait average 30 minutes in drive thru. Usually don’t make drinks right.
I really loved this location but now I’m all of a sudden getting terrible service from other employees. Probably won’t be coming here anymore when I feel like an inconvenience.
This Starbucks is a mess. Every morning it’s something. Either extra long waits, order is wrong or they may be randomly closed when they’re supposed to be open.
Whether you go through the drive thru, order ahead of time on the app, or walk in and order, you will still have a 35 minute wait just for your drinks to be made wrong.
Too slow, even for mobile orders. The maximum time my app said I would have to wait was 7 minutes. I didn’t get my order until after 15 minutes of standing there, and that was after I had already waited for the 7 minute mark.
Stephanie was the sweetest! She offered to fix my drink without complaints and was super nice the whole time. It’s employees like her and little acts of kindness like that that really make a difference in your mood and help kick start your day on a good note. Really appreciative and will definitely come here more often!
The lady taking orders was super nice and had good customer service skills!
I visited this Starbucks today on my lunch break. I drive 18 wheelers but I only had the truck, and not the trailer. I parked in the Walmart parking lot behind this Starbucks and walked over to purchase my coffee inside since the truck is too big to fit through the drive thru. Upon entry, I was asked by Emily, in a very LOUD tone, if I had a mobile order because they weren't accepting in-person orders. I said "no." Very loudly, she told me I'd have to download the app and order from there or go through the drive thru. (throughout our entire encounter, Emily was VERY loud, obnoxiously loud, and had a very unprofessional tone. A tone of someone talking AT you, and not TO you.)I told her that I was in a semi, a big truck, and I can't fit in the drive thru so I came in for this reason. She told me to download the app and order from there. Because I had never ordered from the app, and don't know how to, I asked her "if I were to walk through the drive thru, would you take my order because my truck literally can't fit in the drive thru?" Emily said "no. You'll have to download the app and order from there." (I was never asked if I had the app, which I've had for the longest time.) I told her, "I have the app but I've never ordered on there before. I don't even know how to do it." I stood there, trying to order on the app (something I've NEVER done before), and a map of the USA kept appearing. I told them (the people behind the counter) that I'm trying to order but a map is showing up and that I was just trying to place an order. Once again, Emily said "well, I think the best thing for you to do is download the app and order from there."I said, "ma'am! I drive a semi, an 18 wheeler and I literally can't fit in the drive thru." At this point, another young lady helped me once I told them that I didn't know what I was doing, and that I'm trying to order but a map keeps appearing. The drink I wanted (the white chocolate mocha) didn't appear on the screen. She told me they were out of it. She offered a drink that was similar, which I'd never tried. She said that if I didn't like it, they could make me something else. (This young lady was actually pleasant to deal with and should run the location.) I said no to the drink. Instead, I asked about the Impossible sandwich, which they were out of as well. I decided to leave at this point. Because Emily had been the only one speaking and directing orders, I asked her if she was the manager. She said no and that the manager was "over there," pointing to the tables near the window. He was LITERALLY sitting feet away from me the ENTIRE time and did nothing, said nothing to help the situation whatsoever. As a manager, this is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. He waved his hand, while still sitting, and asked if I needed something. I said no.I didn't address my issue with her tone and lack of professionalism because he'd been sitting there the entire time and did nothing to remedy or diffuse the situation; I knew he wouldn't do anything if I spoke with him about the issue with her unprofessional tone and unprofessionalism in general. For Emily to be so unprofessional, repetitive, redundant in repeating, LITERALLY the same thing over and over, and not being helpful is very disappointing. This left a very bad impression on me. I've never been to this Starbucks and I'll never return. I visit Starbucks nearly every day and spend over $10, 90% of the time. I'm very disappointed with Emily's LACK of professional service and skills.
They do not take walk-in orders. You have to order online or go through the drive-up.
The barista was awesome you could she loves her job the energy at Starbucks is awesome when we pulled through the drive through I had asked for a drink recommendation and she gave me great choice and she even volunteered to make a me free drink after I had finished paying for my order just so I could try her other recommendation…. and yo and it was a great drink it had banana and stuff in it! And it was the largest size. She even took time to describe what was in there and how it was made she did a great job and has a great personality.
