Actually there were no cars in the drive thru. I couldn't believe it. So Actually stopped by to get a couple of Frappuccinos. Staff was fast and eager to work! Got my order ready correctly and quickly. Employees were all nice and pretty much acknowledged me by saying Hi or some type of small talk. Will definitely be returning.
The employee named Jennifer kept arguing with customers and other employees and kept getting orders wrong i suggest asking for another employee to make your drink
They always forget to add an ingredient like a Carmel macchiato but forgets the caramel
I asked for an oat milk shaken espresso and it was extremely light in color. After it was remade I drove off. When I took a sip, it tasted like plain black coffee with ice. For the amount of money each drink cost they should be done appropriately!!! I always have problems with this specific location. Please retrain staff to follow directions when making coffees ..
Lady with Aqua color in her hair and glasses , not very nice kind rude and doesn’t bother to even tell you the total, drink is not even ready and doesn’t bother to tell you until you ask . First time experiencing this at this location
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced from a Starbucks! I went in to pick up their marvelous grilled cheese and a coffee. The young lady with no name tag did not greet me at all before ringing me up. She took my sandwich, handed it to the gentleman behind her without asking if I would like it heated. Grabbed it and put it in front of me. I had to ask her for a bag to place the sandwich. She handed me a folded bag with the look of disdain. When I asked her if she would place the item in the bag with the receipt (which she also did not offer) she became livid. She also never asked if I would like to order anything else. The store had 7 people working in the front at 8am. I walked in. Starbucks! You should not have employees working the front lines who ignorantly and disrespectfully treat customers.
While the employees are always great (rate a 5) for friendliness and promptness, your prices are just getting very high....spending $5.50 as I recall for a large latte got this retiree's attention. Just too much.
Although it was very crowded in the drive thru i went in and got my coffee inside quick and hassel free
I do a lot of deliveries for Uber eats from Starbucks. All the staff there at every Starbucks are helpful, thankful and seem generally happy to be helping me and everyone. Plus the packaging that Starbucks provides for Uber eats orders is great. Can't say enough about all the folks over there and it all Starbucks. Thank you folks!
I get my coffee ground for my coffee maker. The staff is always frendly.
