Normally, I don’t take the time to do a review. Susan/ cashier really notice me to do it. She did not ask for verbally. Because of her actions, I decide it to take the time. Excellent actitud. Provide a good advise and deliver my order to my seat. Susan excellent job - you make my day …… Thanks
This used to be our go to Starbucks. Not anymore. Drive 5 minutes in any direction to the next Starbucks, especially ifYou drink Cold Brew. Constantly out of cold brew first thing in the morning because the prior shift didn’t make it or some tap is broken. Then they try to pawn off iced coffee on you as if it’s the same lol iced coffee is also cheaper than cold brew but when presented the option for iced coffee instead do I get a refund on my already paid for cold brew?? No. Also Highly suggest you do not get in the drive thru line if you value your time.

I ordered only two coffees, and it takes almost 25 minutes to get ready.She wasn't busy, and she forgot to make my coffee when I asked her for how much longer she'start to make my coffees and that makes me feel so mad cuz she forgot about me.Anyway I had pretty bad experience and I had a pretty bad customer service.
The other day I ordered Dragon fruit water, like normally do, and the barista was charging me way more than I pay so Jimmy I believe is his name, said his policies change.his attitude wasn't good.
very nice employees but they often seem understaffed, drinks are always good but the drive thru wait time could be better
Like many businesses during the pandemic, this location has a shortage of workers. Despite not having enough employees the service is still very good and the employees are always friendly . Give yourself plenty of time because the drive thru line will be long no matter what time of day it is. It’s always a good idea to order ahead but whether you pick it up in the drive thru or go inside to pick it up, there’s going to be a wait. This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations and the current situation has not changed that. Because of the wait time try not to use this location on your way to work.
Been coming here since I moved to the area 2 years ago. I have chosen to come here because they often made my coffee right comparing to the other locations, even though it is out of my way. However, recently, the barista gets worse and worse. They don't stir my coffee up or anything. My only order is expresso shots on white chocolate mocha on ice. The hot expresso shots need to be mixed up first before adding ice so that the white mocha can be melted and blended before adding ice. But no they don't care and just dumped everything together and here go figure. Worst, when I asked for a straw or stick to mix up, they don't have it. It happens so much that here I am writing reviews for this.
Went there on my birthday to claim my birthday reward. I usually get a drink so that's what I ordered, but I was offered a FREE cookie also that time so I claimed it too. The guy at the window said it wasn't free, it was just the beverage, so I gave him my payment but he said since it's my birthday I can have it for free. It wasn't my fault but I appreciate it.
