I go every single morning. Emma is great!!! Love her she always makes my drinks AMAZING! She’s always so upbeat.
Do not come to this location. Even if you order ahead of time on the app you will be waiting roughly 50 min. Tried the drive through same thing. The slowest location I’ve been to.
Went inside to order and relax at a table, but they only accept online orders(?!). Didn't want to make a whole account online just to order a coffee on my phone *while I'm already standing inside the cafe*... So stupid. It's not like the cafe was closed, there were people there on their laptops and stuff like usual, you just couldn't order at the counter. No idea what the point of that is. I won't bother going back here.
Staff is very nice but unfortunately they always mess up orders , take forever , and they constantly run out of things and don’t turn it off online . I have to constantly ask for my money back on my Starbucks card bc of that . Today on Father’s Day I got my husband a venti cold brew and it says venti and they gave me a grande . This store needs more training and more help .
The place gets very busy, and the staff definitely lets it get to them. The cashier seemed annoyed by the fact she had to help customers. Waited quite a long time to get acknowledged. The only person that was was customer forward, was a younger girl making the drinks, saying "Thank you for coming, have a nice day!" as I picked up my drink. Rest of the staff just going through the motions.
Slow. Beyond slow. We stopped going here a couple months ago because they are THE slowest place on earth. Tried today, still the slowest. Cars stacked up and blocking intersection. Nothing new. We will return to going to Dunkin Donuts daily. Try back next year.
rude worker named cynthia always is rude when I come in besides that I would put 5 stars but she always gives us dirty looks and gives us bad service
This is by far the slowest, most rude Starbucks I’ve ever been to. We were in line at the drive thru about 10min before closing time. We barely moved about one car forward within a 5-6min time period. (I took a picture at that point) Even then, we were STILL in line before closing time waiting to put in our order. Sure enough, we FINALLY get to pull up to the ordering screen at 9:00 on the dot only to be told they are closed. We tried explaining that we had been there prior to them closing and they simply repeated the same phrase saying they are closed. They didn’t make an exception, no apology, nothing! Worst customer service ever!
Don't use uber for orders here, they make the drinks right away and sometimes uber takes an hour to pick up and Starbucks has a policy where they won't remake your order if it's been sitting for a long time!!
I’ve had nothing but excellent service at this Starbucks, and the staff here are the friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve ever had in a coffee shop! I’m particular, Rachelle and Sophie have been exceedingly helpful and friendly! They know who I am just by the sound of my voice, go out of their way to find blonde coffee grounds for me, even tho I come by late in the evening since I work overnight shifts, help me pick out replacement ingredients if they’re totally out of what I’m trying to order, and even draw animals on my cups whenever I come by! They’re going far above and beyond what should ever be expected of a worker at Starbucks, and I really hope their management knows how great they are, as well as the rest of their team! They make this nurse’s night whenever I come through their drive thru, and I definitely plan on calling the day manager this weekend to find out if there’s a more direct way to ensure they get recognized for their excellent work. If someone at corporate sees this, all the workers at this location deserve immediate raises!
