It’s our first time to Red Lobster. I really liked the choices they have and things we ordered. Service is great!

The Rt 59 location is a great time. Let's face it, seafood is all about the preparation and cooking. They did a fine job. Our server, Suzy, was very kind and attentive.

Four of us dined here around 2 PM during the week. We waited seven minutes to be seated! My meal was delicious, but $15 for a plate of breaded chicken and not-the-best fries was a steep price for my kid's meal. Unfortunately, it took eighteen minutes for our bill to be paid, and the $25 gift card I had didn't read in the server's machine. We don't plan to eat here again; it was not the cleanest restaurant, either.

The food was delicious and the staf was very friendly and we also thank for the free soup! Five star!! Will be back soon!

With all do respect, this has got to be the worst Red Lobster, with everyone standing around.So we were sat down, no water no service for awhile. I got up and spoke to manager, let manager know we were waiting. Manager said he would personally take care of us and sent someone else.We ended up leaving. I was not trying to have dinner with my hard earned money where we were not wanted. And as much as i was craving Red Lobster I hated leaving, ? we will be traveling to another location close to home where we are welcome. ?Red Lobster“all these employees standing around is a solo reflection of management on duty. I had never seen so many on company time standing around, on their personal phones or grouped up talking. We were celebrating the graduation of my only granddaughter who loves crab legs and Red Lobster. All of the wait staff was great. We had a good time

The Red Lobster in Naperville Illinois. Has the Worst Management (Matt) I have been rude the sidewalk outside the restaurant in crumbling and I fell my husband call the restaurant and tried to speak with manager Matt which had No Consideration to bring towel or Aid to help us with the bleeding on my knee. Matt jkept giving me the excuse they keep waiting for someone to fix the sidewalk and I told him there is a Lowe's or Home Depot they can fix it themselves but still giving me excusesThe building is dilapidated and needs serious repair. We have always been happy with Red Lobster but it's recently been going down hill. After our experience this evening, we will not be Red Lobster customers any longer.The last two times we ordered curbside pickup and paid in advance. Yet my husband had to go in each time to get our food.We only got half our order tonight so my husband had to call and go back to pick up the rest of the food.The Lobster bisque was horrible. It was watery and all liquid and tasted only like salt in liquid The shrimp in the shrimp cocktail lacked taste. The salmon was good.We are senior citizens and having to go back because someone didn't give us our complete order was not acceptable. It's also not acceptable when you tout curbside pickup and we have to inside.
