Great sandwich and salad combo. Delicious blt with avocado sandwich skinny paired with the apple Walnut Salad. Perfect for a hot day in Naperville.
The older gentalman that took my order was not really outgoing or friendly. This was my first time at the restaurant. He did not offer any recommendations or smile. I will not be going back.
I went there with my cousin for a quick lunch we did order 2 sandwiches 2 soups and drinks. The sandwich was ok the soup made me decide not to step foot in this place ever again. The worker came out from the back with 2 half bowls and right when she was about to put them in the microwave another worker came out from the back with a plastic bag squeezing the rest of the soup into our bowls. Disgusting. In my mind, I always thought that they make their soup Nope. Not the case with this place. If I want a soup in a disgusting plastic bag that looks like dog food I'm sure I can find a cleaner place. One WORD DISGUSTING that will be stuck in my mind for a long time.
The "wreck" is really good I like it with everything except hot peppers and double meat because the bread is kinda thick . The Mac n cheese with bacon on top is really good ?
Fast service but the toppings on my sandwich were not evenly distributed nor was the sandwich cut perfectly down the middle in half. It tasted good otherwise. Oatmeal chocolate chip cookie never disappoints ?
This restaurant is inefficient and badly managed. The annoyances begin with order taking - recently I had a guy at the counter more interested in yelling out the questions rather than letting customers respond. Then waiting in the line to see your sandwich being made, you realize that they have these large steel lift up lids blocking your view of the process and the state of ingredients. What gives?

Service a little slow but this is all due to short staffing. Nice to have a toasted sandwich for a change. I had the wreck and it was delicious!

The LAZIEST workers ever. Good luck getting your sandwhich on your lunch break. The manager must really hate working there because he locked the door 5 minutes early before they closed.thanks for nothing potbelly’s. Glad to know i cant count on you. I feel sorry for your GM.
