I don't like the app that you order on. Our food was ready and the app never told us, so we were literally sitting in the sun waiting for a notice. I finally just walked in because no one was in line and no one was in the restaurant. They need a better system. Then the order was ready and the only one on the shelf and they could not identify it. WOW

Tried calling to place and order and I was told to do it on their app or online. I tried both and nothing was working. I expressed that I was at work and I couldn’t just leave to go and pick it up. She told me she knows that the website has problems but there wasn’t anything she could do to help me. Don’t waste your time or money with them.
This location has always gotten my order correct, and the workers have always been nice.

This location is always closed . It’s 5pm and there is a sign stating they’re closed . It’s always this location too .
Once again, I leave work to enjoy a dine-in lunch at Potbelly and once again they are CLOSED for dine-in lunch. Unbelievable. Last time for me. There are too many other choices like Panera Bread, Jersey Mike’s, Subway, Jimmy John’s to mention a few that want my business. No wonder everyone else I know stopped going here.

Change your hours online you guys are literally closed at least 50% of the time I try and get lunch and are listed as open online. Get it together potbelly it's embarrassing. Everyone you're better off not counting to get food here go somewhere else for lunch.
