If could give 0 stars I would, only good thing was food at most. 10 ppl, family members, we stopped. Ordered over $140 food. Rude staff, dirty tables (very sticky) , expensive, horrible rude workers -- very unappetizing. Find somewhere else to eat.

Got to my hotel late. Ordered online from this location. They were happy to take my order and charge me. I received a text message saying the food was on the way, and then 30 minutes later another one saying my order had been cancelled. I never received my food but the store was still happy to charge me for it. Avoid this location at all costs. Unbelievable people get away with this.

The lobby was closed and they had a janky drive thru. The customer service was horrible and I waited a long time for my order with no updates. The drive thru was getting long behind me and it was very narrow and no way to pass. I won't visit this location again

My kids asked for Pizza Hut, so I obliged. I didn't realize Pizza Hut doesn't have their own delivery drivers. They contract out to Door Dash. The delivery driver was Muva M. from Door Dash. When my food was delivered I thanked the driver and opened the box of Pizza to find 2 (TWO) slices of pizza missing and 2 out of 6 wings missing. How disgusting!!! I called Pizza Hut immediately and they said they would remake the order and send it out with another driver. I politely declined that offer and asked for a refund. They said they world refund the order. I also contacted Door Dash and made a complaint with them as well. I have NEVER experienced this kind of service before. I am thouroughly disgusted at whomever it was that decided eating a customer's food is ok. You should be ashamed of yourself!!!

Make sure my pizza gets to me on time and when it was first supposed to. I had to wait almost 2 hours to get my food and by the time it reached me it was cold. You need more delivery drivers and not have to rely on doordash to deliver my food.

I came here once w my bf through the drive through we ordered a lot lol! But the cashier was so sweet and kind ! They forgot one of our pizzas but he gave us something for free, his name was Chris he looked young ! I would give him a raise ! Really like this location !

If I could give zero stars, I would. We placed an online order for delivery. A half hour later, I received a text saying the pizza was on its way. Cool. Waited another half hour and the pizza still hadn’t gotten here. I called and was connected to a call center who asked me to kindly wait ten more minutes. I waited 15. Still no pizza. I called again and was again routed to a call center who said they’d transfer me to the store. They did and I was disconnected. I called again and they were going to transfer me again so I asked for the direct number to the store and was given the phone number I had dialed. So I called again and pressed option 2. I was again disconnected. The same happened the next two times I called. By that time it was close to two hours since I’d placed the order. I got in my car to go to the store. As I’m pulling away I see a car drive up and a guy get my order out and put it on my doorstep. I backed up and told him to take it back because I was not accepting the order as it had been two hours and I had already had to feed my kids something else (not to mention that I was not eating cold pizza). The driver didn’t even offer an apology. The pizza was still charged to my card so I drove to the store where the doors were locked and the drive through line was ridiculously long. I tried knocking on the door but, even though the workers saw me, they ignored me.I’m waiting to see the charges reversed or I’ll be charging them with fraud.This is the absolute worst customer service I’ve received. I’ll never be ordering from this place again. And after reading a few other reviews, it seems like this place has been going downhill for a while.

This pizza hut is ok the food is l fine but they no longer do dine in service or accept coupons. The hours and staffing are very low now. I would expect the owners are just running out ther lease on the building before they close. I would say they have less then 1 year left to be open. Sadly this location used to be really good back when they still had the buffet.

Stop lying on your website about delivery times. Ordered at 7pm, was told 25-35 mins. Got a text saying that Door Dash was now delivering my order and wasn’t arriving until 8:05pm. Website said my order was out for delivery when it was in fact still at the store. Called the store and the guy said they do that so it makes them look better. Terrible business practice.

3rd time in a row they forgot our soda. Pizza arrives early and is good. Soda return trip takes twice as long. We are done.
