Pizza was the worst we have EVER had! Just terrible!! Please don't waste your money here like we did.

We just got a 16" sausage and mushroom pizza and I must say very disappointed...we use to get great pizzas from Papa Savieros but this was not good....very flat...not the normal cheese as not alot on pizza , sausage what the heck happened ..use to get very fresh and large pieces of sausage... very small like frozen .....You charge 23.00 for a very mediocre pizza...I believe under new management...do not mess with quality...we probably will not be back been ordering Papa Savieros for years..Too much for mediocre pizza

Due to Covid, we ordered & had food delivered to our hotel room. Wings were overly sauced, but still crunchy under 1/2 a bottle of BBQ sauce. Also got the Empire Pizza. Loads of different meats & vegetables. Also delicious. Would definitely order again.

They had great pan pizzas and pastas. Their sauce is delicious. Our food was hot, ingredients are fresh. We ordered for delivery and it came fast. They are a tad picey but it was worth it.

I would give 0 stars if it was possible! We had a horrible experience with Papa Saverio's tonight! We go here often... so we are very disappointed!! My husband got there to pick up our pizza and they said it got stuck in the oven and was all messed up. They showed it to him and it was a complete mess! They offered a small discount or to make a new one. He asked them to make a new one because it didn't even resemble a pizza and would have been hard to eat. So they did and said they would remake a small that was fine, but would be cold. But when he asked to remake the appetizers (including fried foods) they refused! He had to wait another 15 minutes for the pizzas to be done...and they were sitting out on the counter the whole time! Then they only offered an even smaller discount for all of this! He walked out without anything! Unbelievable that this was the level of customer service that they offer. We won't be going back!In response to the owner's reply... the only reason it was nearly $100 worth of food was because you had to remake it. If we had felt valued and you had offered or even accepted my husband's request to remake the appetizer, we would have taken the food. It had been sitting on the counter for over 30 minutes when you called to say the new pizzas were ready! That is ridiculous and we will not pay for food that is cold and been sitting out, not even in a warmer! Then you call at 8 pm...2 hours after we were to pick up the original pizzas... to ask us to come pick up the food and to pay for it! That is so rude and unacceptable! We have been places where something has been wrong with a meal or a pizza and they comp the item for the inconvenience and the extended wait! I'm not saying you should have comped the whole thing, but you could have offered more than a 15% discount with over an hour wait from when the order was placed and cold appetizers! I have posted this here and on Facebook and I will continue to post it on other sites! You need a lesson on customer service!

they call when it is ready have showed us the pizza everytime before boxing it. Our down sides have been,One time when it was a busier night our beer nuggets where just hollow cracker pockets like and no soft chewy dough to them. they go light on sausage pieces and you are lucky to get one maybe 1.5 little sausage per square.

Way too much money to pay for a game of food poisoning Russian Roulette. The owner has a faulty cooler that routinely leaves toppings and dough "refrigerated" at like 60°F or more during the Summer heat. The owner also gets almost all of the food/ingredients frozen at places like Costco. He uses as little ingredients as possible to make anything just to save a buck at any chance. If an order is made wrong and you want it fixed, you'll likely be greeted with the owner's anger issues if he's the one working that day.
