The manager there, a woman who has dish water blond hair, treats the door dash and Uber eats people like they are less than human. I heard her tell a DoorDash driver that it would be at least 10 minutes until the bagel pack and cream cheese could be prepared. He told me that he had already been waiting 10 minutes and she told her employees that she loved to do that to them. She also joked and asked her employees if he was still waiting. The driver told me that he had already picked up the first of his two deliveries, both from Panera, and that it was in his car getting cold. She not only was messing with the driver, who is representing the paying customer, but ended up delaying 1 customer and causing another customer to get cold breakfast.This is not a manager that should be teaching employees customer service! She should not be the face of Panera.A service person degrading another service person is just an awful human being! It’s a really unhappy person.

Huge round of applause to the management and team of store number 6000777, 491 South Route 59, Aurora IL. They make the best sandwiches always fresh and filled with the right product compared to other Panera bread stores in the area. Every other Panera store should be trained by the management team and their staff to make sandwiches from them. GREAT JOB. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

All of our breakfast sandwiches in our order today were burnt to a crisp to where the buns were black on both sides. It was inedible. There was only one slice of barely half-cooked bacon on the sandwiches, so they managed to both undercook and overcook food all in the same order. Panera used to be of decent quality considering their prices, but definitely not anymore.
Mixed up orders and a lack of cleaness in the dining area (dropped food on carpets under the tables, against the windows and bread crumbs & greasy spots on dining chairs) time after time; a few mornings there were missing napkin dispensers at all 3 (coffee, soft drink and food pick-up) stations... When asked for napkins the middle aged lady (I assumed the manager) said "Panera bread is not sending us enough napkins", yet only minutes later dispensers with full of napkins were placed back at each of the stations... Hmmm! Was that an excuse or the manager's (and employees) oversight but blaming Panera bread is not shipping enough napkins !? If people are not in the right mindset to do their job right then it's time to move on...
Review is not based off the food it was great. My issue was wirh customer service at the order pick up... I had numerous employees walk past me and ignore me I had to ask for help over and over until finally someone helped me. I should not have to beg to receive basic customer service.

NEVER COMING TO THIS PANERA AGAIN!!! The whole restaurant is dirty. I am not even exaggerating. The food was not made well (frozen meat in a sandwich). The workers don’t clean. Overall, the food and restaurant was very substandard. The photos below are only a few pictures of how dirty the place was, along with my food which was cold soup and a frozen sandwich.
Terrible experience, avoid this place specially if you are going late at night. We were two families with small kids there to have dinner on 31th of March, when we were sitting there finishing the food, a very rude manager just appeared on our table and ordered us to leave the store as it's 9o'clock and he will not let us sit there anymore, i even asked him that you should have warned us earlier and given us some time to finish the food but he was not ready to listen, so we had to leave the store.
