I love coming to this location! The food is always fresh, and the people are always nice! I'd like to give a shout out to Natalie and Jade. I think they go above and beyond their job description to provide a great service! Keep up the good job
Sold me a tea they didn't have and couldn't reimburse me. I was given an IOU for it. A month later I redeem my drink and I didn't get my correct change back for my food! I give up. There's other places around
Can get busy depending on the hour. The staff is pretty quick as always, so the line moves quickly. Recommend you order ahead online and just pick up to go.
Extremely slow service. Not enough staff to handle both online and in person orders. Employees were more focused on filling orders for fellow employees than the line of customers that was out the door.

Food is fresh and good, and the customer service is excellent. Also the store was clean even with the amount of people coming in and the snow.Overall great service.
This location is either fantastic or terrible. One day I'll come in and all the food I order is amazing, the next day it's all soggy and disgusting. Today was soggy and disgusting and I'm no longer will to roll the dice on whether or not I'll go at good time. Look at other locations instead
Went there yesterday during lunch time. There was a very long waiting line because staffs are too slow and inexpert. They didn't have straw for drinks as well.
Ordered here from Uber eats. They delayed the driver and then i get my order and it’s the wrong items. How difficult is it follow order instructions? It wasn’t even complicated. Get it together!! Last time I order from here.
Always good. Rarely (once) did not have Kung Pao. Often on line preorder is broke (can't order plates, only al a carte). Cooks always good. Service pretty good despite long lines. Need a bigger parking lot!
