It would be 5 stars but it’s always so busy they need 2 cashiers. Or at least an extra cashier who can jump in when there more that 4+ people waiting to pay for their already prepared food like today. Anyways the food is soo fresh and very good.

Never has any entrees available on door dash. Someone isn't doing their job. Purposely so they don't have to deal with door dash orders
I stopped to get noodles and spring rolesThe rep took her time first and didn’t greet or said helloI gave her my order and than all of a sudden she tells me to wait 6 minutes for noodles even though it was full and another rep was giving to people after meI asked her why she is giving it to her and she can’t give it to me she kept insisting on order given before meI felt discriminated and since this is the second time it happen i will not eat at panda neither my family nor my friends
Noodles is much better than the rice. My favorite place to eat when I go to the mall. There's a long waiting line on weekends.
overcharged our drinks and tried to charge 2.10 for water. however the food was good

The customer service was great. Everyone staff member was polite and everything was very clean and organized.
You guys never have any food ready. Always waiting for sides and entrees.
