Top grade Chinese food, we won't eat anywhere else.... and have tried others... Great service.... I left part of my order on the counter and before I 1 mile, they called me and told me what I left and by the time I got back there, one of the employees was waiting outside and ran it to me in my truck ! Lots of food for the price ! LP

The lady that answers the phone is RUDE AF! Instead of being PROFESSIONAL and say she can't hear me, she yelled at me to give her my order in the midst of me telling her what I wanted. So when I yelled back at her and said "I SAID" she hung up on me lol. Besides her rude self the food is a hit or miss one day it could be good one day it could be bad. LOVE their smoothies. I never had an issue with them besides that one & only time she was rude so now I go to Lucky Panda Chinese.

I had placed an order for pickup and there was only 1 bag there with my name on it so I assumed everything was in there. I came home and was missing 4 items. I called the restaurant to ask if I forgot a bag and they said no there’s nothing with my name on it. So I told them I was missing items and instead of saying sorry we can have it ready for you she continued on arguing with us saying it’s not their problem and hung up. SO RUDE!

The food is amazing if u complaine about the food ur a hater everything here is home made i see it with my own eyes some of yall people or just negative and haters and nevwr have nothing to say when yall come to the this place this place is the best i chose this place over any other chines placeI stop going to buffets bc of this place this this is an amazing place 5 star for me ??

Food is decent but we found someone's earing pierced through the bottom of our smoothie. Can you ask your staff if anyone is missing an earing ??‍♂️

As customary, I ordered extra egg on my order. Upon serving my food, I noticed I did not receive extra egg: as I was removing the food from the container, I noticed it was very little egg—I mean very little. I returned to the store and the owner began to be loud and rude. While the owner returned my money, she yelled, “I don’t want your business no more.” Please keep in mind, this happened several times: I continued to go to restaurant, as I was trying to give the business the benefit of the doubt. While there was some improvement, this situation occurred. The owner acted as if it was my issue. Remember, I am paying for a service: nothing was given for free.

I ordered no sweet sour and extra hot mustard with my $30 order. I received two sweet sour one hot mustard and only five soy. They generally are pretty good but this last time was terrible

The cooks, nor people taking the orders wear gloves.The food is good, I had some with a friend, and when I went on my own to order some I noticed nobody wearing gloves. That’s unsanitary and makes me feel unsafe. We’re still fighting a pandemic. They should be more considerate.

Food was terrible...the orange chicken didnt taste anything like that neither did the sesame chicken..it was very bland and dry. Quality has gon big time from when they first opened!

You are getting 1 star because it’s required and not by choice. Cheap and ignorant! First I advised I did not receive UTENSILS the owner said you home right? Well if I wanted to wash dishes I wouldn’t have ordered take out. 2 packs of soy sauce for 2 dinners no fortune cookies and ordered extra egg rolls and they placed them all on top of the rice. And this is the first Chinese restaurant I’ve been to that doesn’t give a free can of pop. $30 these people are rich because they are so cheap! Cutting cost on utensils, egg roll envelopes and a free drink. They lost my business! That’s why she was rude and ignorant because they are laughing at us over charging and not providing the items all restaurants provide.
