Food was fantastic!! Great service!!
It’s been an hour since the server has checked in on us and I want some more drinks/food and it took 50 minutes to get us this chip appetizer. I don’t think they’re that terribly busy but they need to up their service speed.
The staff was attentive to details the service was swift. I was amazed when a woman stood up from her table and the waiter enthusiasticly came to her to assure all her needs had been met. On top of that, our waitress Samantha was outstanding and serving several others happily. We will certainly be back!
This is the kind of place like the bar from Cheers or like McLaren's from how I met your mother. The staff doesn't put on the facade of fake customer service, they're just real people working and I always have a good time going in. You could joke around with the staff and they are all really nice. The food is amazing, I've never been disappointed. You could get Italian quesadillas, a bratwurst burger, and their pizza is the best in town. We went in on a Saturday and Holly the waitress was joking around with us. Had the manager Rich come around and choke with us too. he is hilarious and the best.
My nephew came into town and wanted a good pizza. We knew right away WHERE to take him!Mike & Denise’s!!The pizza did not disappoint. ?However, the wait staff never made eye contact.I ended up going to the counter to find out if we are supposed to order at the window or if they come to the table. We were told our waitress would be with us shortly. The football game had just ended and they were cleaning up a few tables.Our waitress really made us feel like we were in her way. No smiles. Just strictly business. And when my husband and nephew needed another beer, they had to flag her down because she NEVER looked towards us. We were at the Farnsworth location and even though the football game just ended, you weren’t that busy.We have never been disappointed in your pizza. As a matter of fact, 2 years ago we had my husbands 70th birthday party there and dropped about $800.It was WELL WORTH IT.I wish I knew the waitresses name. She was slender, dark hair (longer) and….well ….sadly, unfriendly.Thank you for your establishment…We will be back.

It was our first time Friday night and we had terrible service with one of the bartenders Rosie. When we got there she immediately came off as rude the minute she asked to see our ID's. The regulars there were just saying to ignore her that it's how she is. Well sorry that is not okay for new customers. Ok fine we ignore it. Later we go back to the bar to order a crown and cranberry but she gives us crown and coke. After that she comes back after having us wait for a long time with crown apple and cranberry still wrong and giving us attitudes for her making the wrong drink. She take it back and take long time ago so I had my friend ask for just shots instead but to my surprise she had already ask the cook to kick us out because I wanted my drinks correctly? The regulars there and I think another person sitting there Blanca agreed she was being super rude, condescending for no reason at all. I bartend also and that's not the way to treat customers. Please let her know that's to that experience I will be doing bad reviews on all platforms to avoid your restaurant unless you want rude, condescending service and to be cut off for asking for a correct drink and have a cook try to kicked out for no apparent reason.

Tiara is one of the greatest bartenders I have Come across In a long time. Being in the industry’s and an owner in the establishment I wish I had a bartender like her. I tired to get her to come work for me. If you don’t come to mike and denises for tiara alone your not doing it right. She’s amazing and I’ll only come for her. Tiara needs a raise before I steal her
I've never had issues here during the day, but when I came at night, it seemed like there was 1 server for the whole place. I waited almost 2 hours to order and get a burger. When the food came out everything was cold. What's going on guys? What happened?
