Went around 6:45 pm on a Monday evening to pick up dinner for me and my co-workers at the drive thru. They put 6 double burgers and 40 chicken nuggets into a single bag. As soon as I grabbed the bag , it ripped and the entire contents fell onto the ground. The employee then came out to pick up the food. Then proceeded to go inside. He asked me to pull into spot 1. I assumed they were re-making the food so I didn’t check the contents of the til I was eating with my co-workers. They literally picked the food off the ground and simply put them into two bags. The black specks is actually from the ground. When we went back to complain the worker said “nah that’s beef”. Is this what they call GROUND beef at McDonald’s?!!! I was so disgusted. Not to mention I overpaid for this garbage (literally). It was $40
Had the double cheeseburger but I got ill later that afternoon. In all fairness I haven't been to a McDonald's however and at least 8 years.
This review is basically for the very kind lady that works Early Mornings at this location. Her name is Alma. Each time I've gone thru the drive thru of this location, Alma has been there, bright & early with a friendly good morning. Alma has the most gracious smile & is always pleasant. Alma is thorough when taking my order, as she more than likely is with others because there's never much of a wait. She keeps us movin knowing we too are probably headed to work. I appreciate her efforts in giving great customer service each morning no matter how short staffed they may be. I say that because most places nowadays offer the most disappointing excuse for bad customer service... They always say *we're short staffed"... Reality is we're all short staffed but it doesn't mean that those of us who are at work cant be our best selves while there.. especially when working with the public. Now I know that the public can be annoying sometimes but with Ms Alma at this location, nobody should be annoyed. McDonald's corp. Ms Alma deserves some type of customer service award because she is truly a great asset to this location. We easily complain but today this is a huge compliment. Oh and Lastly, Alma makes the absolute best Carmel Frappes... They actually look better than the pictures. Thank you Alma for great customer service... Thank you for Consistently great customer service... You do it well and Im lovin it!!! Just picked up a Carmel Frappe.... Looks like a work of art... July 4th
The best chicken sandwich I've ever had! The bread was perfectly soft and fresh, the quality of chicken and veggies is top notch. I’m so obsessed with their juicy chicken nuggets it’s is so juicy, salty and always fresh. Yes, there was a very long line to enter the drive thru but it goes fast. The workers are hustling to get everyone's order. They are super friendly and hardworking. They deserve all the credit to ensuring every customer is greeted and leaves happy. Keep up the good work. I would recommend coming here if you want good food and consistency.
Only drive thru. Order was messed up. They added bacon and gave us back the same sandwich, when we went back to correct the order. So it was cold by the time we actually ate.
Manger Laura wouldn’t let have my emotional support animal in the restaurant and I have documents saying he’s allowed to be in any restaurant so I will be calling corporate. I’ve brought my dog in this location several times without an issue but now all of a sudden it’s an issue.
I was behind one car for three minutes that’s not the bad part - once I got to the speaker they said they’re closed it was exactly 10 PM and would not take my order and kept repeating that they’re closed yet their lights are all still on. They should have a way to close the drive-through first so people don’t sit in line waiting and by the time you get there the exact minute that the restaurant closes They refuse to take your order. If I could give you a zero I would this is a horrible policy! Another possibility is to turn off the lights a few minutes before people get in line and expect food. Regardless of how you do it this type of behavior is not acceptable to this customer!
I came at this location on Wednesday at 10:30pm and no one took order for next 17 mins. I left at 10:48 pm. I made video for whole time I was waiting. There was 6 cars were after me. They also waited and left.Whoever the manager of this McDonald’s should be fired as well as regional manager as well. Only in this area Aurora and Naperville they close the store before time.
I usually have no issues at this location. Just very frustrating getting my food food. My order was completely wrong. When getting my food at the window they put down My drink wrong, I was told to park so they could bring my drink. Had to park and go inside to get my drink at the end. Got home and was missing items & got some stuff wrong.
The 2nd shift manager here totally cares about people and quality,food quality shows when people who are making it like their job..this is and always will be my #1 McDonald's and if there reading this I'm the maroon pickup who is always getting happy meals..thank you for caring guys..trust me when I say it matters
