Needs better training and staff, they are always messing up orders with terrible slow service. Drive thru employees need to speak up and work on eye contact, how is a customer supposed to know you’re talking to them when you’re looking and speaking towards the screen?
Easily the worst McDonald's in the area. They upcharge to large meals without asking and sometimes aren't even taking orders until 45-60 minutes after they open, even though the lights are on. They need serious help
some days it’s great, most days you sit in the drive thru for over ten minutes.
Food was very fresh, young staff and they were very courteous.
It seems that this location the espresso and ice cream machine is always out of service. With summer approaching I think you would invest in a quality service repair or invest in new equipment.
Love this location! Great Customer Service with fast food that is always fresh and hot when I get it. Have you tried the McCafe Iced Coffee ? Download the app and get a great deal. I love the Caramel Iced Coffee with Cream. Yum I also love the McGriddle and hash browns for breakfast. I give it a "Go" get it ✅
My experience with McDonald's is this it all depends on the ones who work there to really give you the McDonald's experience. This location hands down is great,I ordered a happy meal for my daughter and food for myself and my fries were hot, the food was freshly cooked, the service was fantastic. The drive thru is always fast and everyone I encountered has always been friendly. I actually drive to this location over a closer McDonald's just because I know my food will be freshly made, hot fries and always a good experience for my family. I recommend this McDonald's if your in the mood for some good ol McDonald's.
Crispy Chicken was overcooked, and had nothing on it but pickles?Pay window has a film over it and was closed so didn't know where to stop to pay. Fries were great as always.
Make you wait 10 - 15 mins in pickup line just for cold food. Like seriously why are you making me wait just to serve cold food? Garbage location
Update: 02/19/22Was at the drive-thru, waited for a longggggg time at the pull-up window, handed a 6-piece happy meal with the wrong order inside. My hubby insisted that I come inside to have them correct the food. Good thing I did because they thought I was just missing a happy meal when I never even got my original order, they were not coming back to the window for me. NO RECEIPT GIVEN EITHER! Very disappointed with this location today...Please make sure you give receipt and check customer receipt before handing them the food.*********************************************My boys love this place because of the play place.My parents-in-law loves to bring my youngest son there whenever they watch him.
