So sad they are closing. Family fun place!

What can you say about a place that's was so busy, due to rainy weather and families who planned outside parties. They allowed everyone to come in take up tables. They kept a smile while overrun with customers. The kids enjoyed arcade and I'm not sure the employees even realized how they saved kids birthday parties and ensure they had a blast. This place and their employees worked so hard it was amazing.. thank you...

Two orders ago they really messed up the order. Wasn't what was ordered. Wouldn't compensate for their mistake. The quality of the pizza has declined as of late. The crust used to be crispy, now, only the edge is crispy. No delivery, starting to rethink going there at all.

We love going to Luigi’s as a family! There’s something to do for all ages! The food is great and there’s usually a daily specal. Laser tag and the arcade are big hits as well! It is always clean, and the employees are always accommodating!

We really enjoyed our first trip to Luigi's. We've been meaning to go ever since we moved in 3 years ago. It was clean, despite signs indicating that they will no longer be open Mondays due to being short staffed and almost all the game machines were operational. We also liked the pizza, two adults, a 5 year old and a two year old all liked it. We had a medium cheese pan pizza which fed us all to contentment. The crust was just alright, but the cheese was good quality and lots of it. We'll opt for thin crust next time. We also found a huge pile of coupons that would have saved us some money if I'd spotted them sooner, but happy to know for next time. All in all, we had a really nice time at Luigi's and we plan to go back soon!

Service was friendly. Restaurant was clean. Atmosphere was great. Kids had a blast playing Lazer Tag & games in the arcade. Food was okay...reminded me of a fast-food pizza place. BUT with everything else we will be returning.

The food is surprisingly good for a family. Fun type of arcade play place. When we were there last, the chef brought our party each out a small piece of his new creation. He was testing, a French onion pizza. It was all I was able to think about for the rest of the day. In addition to that, the arcade has loads of great games to play for lots of different age ranges. The laser tag is a good time and there is also a full bar. They may be suffering from short staff right now, however, the staff they do have are very attentive and want to make everyone happy.

We had our sons birthday party there and nothing was ready when we got there, other people were sitting at our reserved section, we should have brought our own plates bc the only ones they had were smaller than desert plates. We ordered food and asked for appetizers first and then pizza and salad. Nope- pizza came first…. And when I asked the girl about laser tag, she said to come back when we’re ready to play so we did, and by that time a different guy told me there was a 1.5 wait…. So the only thing my son wanted to do- he didn’t get to do on his birthday. ? This place was beyond disappointing for a kids birthday!!

This place had good pizza, but the staff seemed very annoyed about even being there to help guests. Went there for a party and the only time a staff came over was to tell us we had to leave because another party was going to be there. When we got there we had to clean our own tables and stuff because they didn't. It wasn't a terrible experience. I just think the staff need to look a little friendlier when helping customers and the tables prior to parties shouldn't have cups and napkins on them. But their prices are pretty good here

I had my son’s bday party there. We rented a room and got a party package. The price was good and the kids had fun. We did have an issue with the game cards not being loaded with the right dollar amount but it was corrected. My only suggestion is to have the option to request a party room attendant for an additional fee. I felt like my time was consumed by constantly refilling pitchers and ordering more pizza. Instead of being able to greet and entertain my guests, I was the server. I would have happily paid extra for someone to be dedicated to the room to make sure pitchers were full and pizza didn’t run out.
