I would give 5 stars, but the girl that was working there when we visited was so rude, just downright almost hostile. My family loved the selection of bodega favorites. I’m sure the owner doesn’t know how rude their employee is or she wouldn’t be employed. She interrupted and rushed my children when they were ordering. Rolling her eyes and huffing the entire time. Sorry we made you put your iPhone down. We will be back because the owner deserves business, but this girl is no good.
Nice place. Pretty speedy service and good ice cream. Have some snacks, drinks and so on if desired as well.
Horrible experience, we usually come here every once in a while because the quality is good and customer service is on point. Not sure what was the young lady problem but she definitely was rude and condescending not only with us but everyone who was ordering. Hopefully this is an isolated incident. We love your place.
The young lady needs to have a better attitude with the clients If you dont like your job thats not our problem ...be friendly and nice with people ... Some skills wont hurt
First time coming here , i usually go to the one in Dekalb ( my 1st choice ) and the one in Elgin on mc Clean ( 2nd choice ) but I was in the area so I decided to go here … upon my arrival I was greeted by some young girl who didn’t look too welcoming and had a bit of sass to her tone … which I’m like okay whatever. I’m just here for the ice cream and the customer service could be better but I just ignored that. When I asked for the 2 scoops ice cream, I barely got it filled like I usually would at the michoacanas mentioned ⬆️ and ended up paying $4 something … usually when I’d go to the other michoacanas, with the same cup she filled, they’d at least fill up the whole cup side to side and descent sized scoops and I wouldn’t mind paying $4 something but this , I feel like I got ripped off … but the only good thing about this one is that they’re ice cream is the smoothest and most creamiest I’ve tried in the area …. But i don’t know, if I’ll unfortunately go back to this one again … it’s a shame because they’re Ice cream is really good .
I love coming here. The manager is so welcoming and sweet. This place is so clean. I get so much in just one cone. I am baffled by the tastiness of everything here. Honestly, I would 100% recommend coming here, it makes me feel like i’m indulging in the culture;)
The service was horrible the owner I assume has the nastiest attitude can’t even greet people and gets annoyed when you enter at 9:30 when it says they close at 10.save your money.
Love the way the prepare my Elote cheese and mayo on the top and bottom so when mix it its even and I don't end up with dry corn ??
Milkshake was delicious and the manager Sara was lovely!
