Horrible service!! The staff doesn’t know a thing about quick service. If you order food make sure to take a chair or wait in your car

Called in for a cake and said they had many ready, as i arrived they had one on display with the worst imperfection on the side. and they had the audacity to say it was the last one. i asked them over the phone if they can write something on it. and they said yes. and i get this 4 year old handwriting on the cake. they never gave me any options whatsoever.
Tamales are absolutely awful. It’s literally just dough with a hint of salsa and a relay any meat. The dough flavor also doesn’t taste right.

The ladies at the register are not all nice. They have a tone and attitude. Tortas are awful. If you ask for a tortas de milanesa the freaking chicken is chopped. And if u ask no bacon they put extra. Dang lady don't know how to cook with request.

Don’t do online orders until driver is there, which slows the drivers down AT LEAST 20 MINS !!! Only place where online orders are not made until last min .
Great place to buy mexican bread. I've been coming to this place for a long time now. And I've notice its always crowded because it's so good.I was there on Thanksgiving day great service and order food at the restaurant section I had to wait a while but it was worth it. Thank you to the ladies that made my tortas they were very good and I can see that she pays attention to her cooking the food. I was impressed. Over all I always have a great experience here.
This by far the worst place to get food, if you want to order food from here you need to clear an hour for the food to be ready after they give you a wait time of twenty minutes, not only that but you have to make sure they got the order right. I have tried to reach out to the owners to let them know how the service has been but no one knows where they are or how to get a hold of them. I spoke with Maria there who told me I should have taken a picture of the food and taken it back after the ridiculous wait period?. I didn't want my money back at all I just wanted to explain to the owners or management how frustrated I was and from what I could see I was not the only one wondering why the food was taking so long and then coming out wrong. According to to the employees there they don't know anything about the owners.
