The website told us to arrive at 6:14. We got there on time, the doors and lobby were locked so we had to go to the drive thru. It was a very long line at the time. They were telling everyone to just pull up to the second window to order, then they had to sit there at the second window while their food was prepared. Each car took about 5-7minutes a piece. We finally reach the window and we were told to pull around front and our order would be brought out to us. I asked why the wait was so long because at this point it was almost 15 min past our pick up time. We were told they were waiting 7 minutes for biscuits. We pull around to the front. 10 minutes go by, nothing. Then an employee comes out with someone else's order who was behind us in the drive thru and there were biscuits in the bag. I asked the employee why that person was served first and he said he didn't know he was just on break. A few minutes later a manager comes out saying they don't have the amount of chicken we were asking for but offered us different options (she was nice about it at least) we said whatever gets us our order faster is fine cause at this point it was 35+ minutes after our pick up time. We ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes before it came out. Food was fresh and tasted great at least but maaaan that was the longest I've ever waited at a restaurant let alone a fast font joint.
Came here once and it was rough. They are remodeling the place. The speaker wasnt working. They also ran out of certain menu items. There was only one person working so we had to wait for food but I waited for like 20 minutes.
They is so slow ? and unprofessional. Make you wait to long and they don't have Noone in lines plus they tell you to go and wait at front to wait for your food. Very unprofessional unsatisfied from this location ?
Never get order correct. Popcorn chicken mostly breading. Guy at window has no interest in working. Was a pain to have serve customers. Totally a poor reflection on kfc.
Just got KFC from this location tonight. I ordered through the drive thru and had to pull around and wait for 30 minutes to get my food. The chicken was cold and my son’s Mac and Cheese looked like soup or something. It was nothing like the Mac and Cheese we’ve gotten at KFC in the past. I called the location and got a “sorry bout it” from the staff. Dinner went in the garbage and I’m out $30. I would not recommend this location.
How does a chicken place run out of chicken by 11:40 am on a Sunday?? Manager yelled at an employee while he was taking orders because it’s a 45 minute wait and he shouldn’t sell the chicken that’s not ready. I’ve never had a less than annoying experience at this location.
Ashame that KFC is one of only two fast food(chicken)suppliers in Aurora
Waited waited the girl was taking care of drive thru,didnt care about the front counter, i went to taco bell,next ordered food in drive thru , 3 mins.
They always mess up my order but in a good way like extra sides every time, manager seems dead inside get that man a raise
Its friendly and quiet place to have dinner with family's or friends really depends on what you are looking for in a fast food. Great service and delicious food, as always. Thoroughly impressed with this location. Very clean and the chicken is always crispy. Gotta love KFC.
