Food fresh and best customer service I had at a kfc
I repeated my order multiple times. 2 bowls no corn in either. Can't eat cause its loaded with corn. They were not busy. I was only car in drive thru. They won't answer phone so I can complain. So they get a 0 start google review.
I bought dinner at the New York St. location, Aurora , Il. The service was fantastic and Kina was so polite, professional and just a down right joy to talk with. The wait was short and the food was hot and correct. I definitely give them a 5 and Kina a 10!! ?
This was the most horrible items I've ever gotten from KFC. The chicken wings were dried out, the gravy was watered down n tasteless, the Mac n chez was not good either. It's a shame, I've been going there for years. I am so disappointed. I won't be back. At these times, money is to tight to spend in lousy food.
We went to drive thru and they said they only had 3 chicken wings We asked if they were closing ( it was 8:50pm) and they said "yeah" Upon google search we found out they close 10pm.
Can’t lie, based on the reviews I’m not even gonna bother pulling up to the drive thru line. I truly was gonna give it a shot. I’m glad I was warned.
worst place to eat or get food from, EVERY single time i order food here i get the order WRONG or missing something every time! i spoke with the shift manager at 6pm on 4-1-22 and she hung up on me, this place has gone to the garbage big time theres no point of it being remodeled when what it needs is new staff. they take 35mins to give you your food and its still incorrect?
We got the mashed potato bowl, popcorn chicken and a chicken sandwich. Waited 30 minutes for our order and they forgot the cookie for the mashed potato bowl and the sauce for the popcorn chicken. Opened the Chicken Sandwich and it is absolutely smothered in Mayo. Can’t believe they really thought this was okay to send out.
Visited this location yesterday customer service was great food was fresh in good manager is very professional in welcoming I will revisit soon
Great job, on a busy night. NYE, 6PM. 8 cars in the drive thru. Out of there in 25 mins, AND my order was correct.
