This is the slowest JJs ever. Not freaky fast. Consistently takes over 5 minutes for one sandwich to be made when there is no one in the store.
I've ordered a couple times from this location with no issues. But this last time really sent me. I ordered for delivery which is supposed to be freaky fast right? Well 30 minutes went by and nothing so I called to check on the order. Was told they are busy and it shouldn't be too much longer. It ended up being over an hour before it was delivered. And when it finally came, they dropped it on my porch and didn't even bother to knock or ring the door bell to notify me. Also, let me add that I put a tip down when I ordered of 30% and they didn't tell me that they were busy/backed up. I would have just appreciated them being upfront about how long it would be. The people I ordered the food for ended up having to leave before it even got there. Really ruined my whole day and that could have been avoided by simply just saying from the beginning that it would be a while for delivery.
I'm 6 months pregnant and came in with cash. The lady working up front with very hairy forearms demanded I walk back to my car to see if I had my credit card to pay with because she just counted down her drawer. I walked to my car didn't see any cards and came back and told her I only have cash. After her eyes got done rolling at me and complaining she needed to add and count which I'm sure is a struggle for her the $9.33 into her drawer she put out her hand and took my $10. The man there was telling her to relax it's okay and was EXTREMELY nice to me asking how far along I am and if I was having a boy or girl. I feel so bad thatthis girl has to do something that is so hard for her for a living. Be nice to people (especially pregnantwomen) and count.
Their employees leave 5 star reviews in retaliation of their 1 star reviews. Pathetic! Just go get a job you enjoy and are good at not that hard. Just left here and had the rudest girl ring me up. After reading the recent reviews I’m not surprised. Employees make themselves look laughable like bruh you work at a sandwhich store and your in a bad mood it’s just hilarious!
Do not order here!! Told them specifically where to go to find me for delivery and I waited near an hour before I chose to walk away,call, and cancel the whole order and surprise it’s just sitting in my office left with some person in the building, my credit card slip had to have been signed by someone else as well. Beware of this location the managers also clearly don’t care just offered a credit for a future purchase, I guess add that to my other credits because they continually do not know how to operate this business. Guess I’ll have to watch my statement now to see if someone filled in a tip amount because again I haven’t seen my credit card slip and for all I know, the delivery driver handed my food to someone in the building here who may not even be employed by us and they have my info now.
Rude/ angry girl took my order. Couldn’t say your welcome or have a nice day back.
Delivery driver in what looks like a Ford Taurus ran a stop and was going way over speed limit. I want my food but not that bad.
