Food is spot on every time and made correctly the way it was ordered every time!
Probably the best sandwich place you can go to. Great customer service!!! They make you feel like part of the family right away. 5 stars is not enough for this place... cant wait to go back for lunch everyday

Went in for a giant Italian, I got pretty much just bread and lettuce. Not even a layer of any meat at all in some spots. I've been to jersey mikes a ton of times, it's always been great. This time I might as well have just bought a loaf of bread and put some oil on it
Always like the food, but the conditions today drove me to review. I know it's not popular right now, but we enjoy sitting at the store for our lunch. Of the 5 or so tables, none were clean at 11:15am. The floor was filthy, having neither been swept nor mopped. I had to ask someone to clean a table for us. Then he only did ours and left the rest dirty. On top of that, the store was freezing! We had to wear winter coats while eating. Not impressed.
One star too many. Employees not at all friendly or courteous. No one was wearing gloves or masks while making subs or wrapping cheese and meats in back area. Took way too long to be waited on, and we were the only ones there. Tables, chairs, counter and floor were filthy. If anyone got sick after eating here…call the health dept. I will never eat a any Jersey Mikes.
I wish I could give them a lower rating than one star. I have been to Jersey Mike’s many times but this has been the worst jersey mikes I’ve ever been to. When I came into the store I ordered a giant sandwich they told me they did not have enough change for me to pay for my sandwich so I had to go to another store to get change and come back to get my sandwich when I came home my sandwich was completely wrong so I called them they argued with me on the phone and said I never even ordered a sandwich so I got back in the car and drove all the way back to the store to get my new sandwich and they asked me if I would preferred to just have bread instead of making me a new sandwich I said no and they snatch the sandwich out of my hand and made my new sandwich with a complete attitude I will never return to this Jersey Mike’s I recommend you not come here if you value good customer service.
Usually love this location but seems to always be closed whenever I try to order pickup after 6pm. Guessing the hours have changed maybe due to staffing shortages?
My wife and I love their subs but we feel that they are very expensive The quality is also much better than subway and Jimmy John's
