Update. I had previously published a negative review but after speaking to the general manager of the store I have learned that the employee that was creating the majority of negative reviews for the store is no longer working for the company. I am very happy with the sandwiches from Jersey Mike’s and overall happy with the company. I am glad the general manager handled the situation and made an effort to improve her store. I will be returning to this location and I would also suggest that anyone else reading the other negative reviews keep in mind that most of these reviews were generated by one bad employee. Now that that employee is gone I believe there will be much improvement in the store. I am definitely willing to give them another chance.
I placed an order for a large event (150 volunteers) and had the absolute BEST catering experience with Brittnay as well as the team led by Jimmy (Mike and Addy). From the moment I walked in with questions to when I left with the order, Jimmy did everything he could to answer them and made helpful suggestions. Also at every step of the way I always observed the team treating their daily customers like old friends, even when it was super busy. It goes without saying that the sandwiches tasted great And were prepared on time. Brittnay was incredibly professional and responsive and accommodated all my requests as best as she could! We will cater from here again next year for our annual event!

This location is extremely unprofessional lazy they only have one good worker to which I found out her name is Amanda she was really nice and made my sandwich perfect while her other coworkers were sitting around and verbally abuse this worker whom mind you had a whole 2 lines and Amanda took control like a champ great sandwich put pick your management better this is 2022 do better
Love the environment. Nice, calm and inviting. Incredible spot to get a hefty toasted sandwich on the go. Carmen served me superb and with great communication.
Man, the guys working tonight (1/1/2022) were not only incredibly friendly and positive, they also made me possibly the best cheesesteak I've ever had outside of Philly proper. Like I've gotten them at other jersey Mike's too and they've never been this good.
They were rude I was trying to order and the man with tattoos all over was not even paying attention to my order then he acted like I was annoying him! It was the first and the last time!! Pinche viejo
Complete customer service fail. Order for corporate event. When I arrived on time they had given my order to the wrong customer. Then refused to remake the order because they were busy. Did offer a refund. Then refused to give me the managers contact information.
Won't serve customers without masks but fine with employees wearing below their noses. Zoom in! Corporate would surely appreciate this image!
