Although service was slow, my server was nice. I waited about 30 minutes for the crispy chicken salad, which was disgusting. The lettuce looked old and was soggy, they put some type of vingarette dressing on it without my knowledge when I asked for ranch dressing. I will probably never eat from this location again
a nice clean restaurant, first time at an i hop. first ordered drinks, the oreo milkshake was a 7.5/10 and then for food ordered chocolate chocolate pancakes, a good meal very nice. the hash browns were good but yet the coffee was average at a 6/10. would come here again tho, not against the idea of it
Just on here to say my family comes here often for a quick pick up order every couple weeks and it ALWAYS looks like they are closed. No lights are on outside ever and when we walked in we mentioned it to the waitress and she had no clue they weren’t on. We thought maybe it was so short staffed they didn’t want the business but she said she absolutely did and that it was automatic lights and didn’t realize they aren’t on. Just a friendly reminder to turn on the lights in the parking lot and their sign!
From the hostess to the servers ... Diners are confronted with a phony enthusiasm that fools few. This restaurant is grossly understaffed, ( be prepared to give up a significant portion of your day -- just simply waiting for... I don't know anything). When the food finally arrives well, it's inedible! Generally speaking, the meals are tasteless and all covered with some kind of shiny oily substance that is neither butter nor olive oil nor anything in between. (Note: I gave this restaurant more than one star simply because for over six decades the national IHOP chain has provided survival sustenance for hangovers throughout the United States - God bless the USA!
Did not bring refills or condiments. Had to ask for everything with a chore. It wasn't busy so who knows what would happen if it were. The manager is who waited on us too boot.
Always fun to eat here . Took my entire family and everyone enjoyed their meal. Best pancakes and waffles !
The place overall is decent, BUT we ordered through Uber eats several times (delivery and pick up) it takes them forever to finish the order. Horrible customer service. Each time we waited around an hour to get the food.
Server, Mallory, is the shining star at the IHOP on rte 59 in Aurora. Sh e makes everyone feel welcome and at ease. At her recommendation, I tried the omelettes: each one proved to be light, fluffy, and tasty!
The food was tastey but the Staff was unfriendly. Every little thing such butter and syrup had to be requested. The attendant would behave as though she did that as a favor to us. I dont think pancakes are taken without butter and syrup. I don't think I would recommend to come at this ihop. I have been to better IHOPs.
The service was on point, the staff cleaned around each guest and made sure the floors were clean. Our waitress was friendly and efficient as well. The food was all good as well, the only set back was there weren't and bottles at the table so we had to use ketchup packets etc. Despite that I will definitely visit this location again.
