I had a HORRIBLE time, WORST experience, my service was super slow, I barely saw my waitress. And manager Crystal refused to give me military discount when I asked, I was discriminated. I will not be returning to this location.
Don’t order for delivery!!! Missing food items what I paying for it. !!!! No good service in this Hooters , confidentially in Florida is way better service!!!! And I know how supposed be !!! I used it working in Hooters as line cook to shift manager. Thank you and I wish to this local Hooters better improvement in future.
Despite girls are cute, they're rude. Disappointed on the service here. Food is below average. I'd go to any other restaurant bar and get better wings... same beer and better service.
I don't even like leaving reviews for places but this was literally the worst to-go order experience I've ever had!Ordered 20 shrimp and 10 wings and had to wait AN HOUR past the time they said it would be done. Kept checking in with the staff and they just kept telling me "should be a few more minutes" even though people who came in and placed orders got their food before me. It's clear that they just lost my order.They didn't even offer me anything to make up for the poor service. This isn't the first experience I've had like this with this Hooters but it'll more than likely be the last...
Have not been here in a while. Today reminded me why. Chicken is bland (although it seemed fresh) very greasy. Our apps came AFTER our meal. Ate 20% of it. It's just.....meh.There's a lot of better ways to spend $50 for dinner.No comment from mgmt will push us to come back. It's just not good quality food. Place feels old and run down. Waitresses were fine (as in talent) but the food is avg at best. Lots of regret from our stomachs as I type this.

The worse to go experience I ever had!!! On the phone I had to repeat my order 4 times before she got it right repeated it and it was still wrong fast forward I was told to pick up my order in 25 mins I got there in 30 mins I added on extra sauce and had to wait a extra 20 mins for just 2 hot sauce and ranch unbelievable than I made it home (8 mins from hooters ) my food felt like it was sitting on ice I called and to talk to the manager he told me to bring it back hung up on me I tried to call back to ask if they could have the order ready before I came back for the exchange no one answered the phone after calling back repeatedly so I finally went back the manager was at the front he thought I was someone else guess they was getting lots of orders wrong I informed him I was coming for a exchange but I didn’t get a answer he told me “ Nobody is answering because I’m getting yelled at on the phone for 20 minutes” with a attitude so I than told him I want a refund he than looked at the bag and told me this was ordered a hour ago than I told him again how my food was cold n I been waiting for a answer and waited 20 mins for sauce he than told me “you couldn’t have been waiting that long for sauce your Over exaggerating”
The waitress was amazing and was on top of everything. They sang to my son and let the boys pull a few lines on them. Which they got a big smile from.
Stopped for late lunch on Saturday afternoon. Sitting still being restricted with half of restaurant unavailable. All seating in bar area only. Bartender very attentive but working hard. Food was not up to "normal" standards.
I have been a customer of this restaurant for fifteen years. NEVER has my family ever had to wait more than a few minutes to be seated. Today we walked in to a half empty restaurant and was told because we did not have a reservation it would be an hour wait. This was at 3:55pm. We left of course. The hostess was extremely polite. I then proceeded to the website and could have reserved a table for 4:15pm. Obviously they are extremely short staffed however, that is no excuse to tell us an hour unless they were trying to turn away business. Pay your servers more so you can hire the proper staff to accommodate your customers.
