First time there, a friend of mine likes Firehouse.Took 20 minutes to get 4 sandwiches, I ordered a sub blt.Not an impressive sandwich, all breat, lackluster tomatoes and iceberg shredded lettuce.I won't go back but my friend does like the #1
Firehouse is one of my favorite places to get subs. I recommend them to anyone who will listen and even have used them for catering. Over the past number of months I’ve worked hard to obtain enough points for a free large sub. A few weeks ago I went to redeem my points at this location and it didn’t work. My reward was taken away, but I had to pay for the sub. The owner was very nice about it and said they needed to contact corporate to have the points re-instated, but this is yet to happen. I feel deceived and will think twice about doing business with Firehouse in the future.
Out of all the places that do subs this place is on a league of its own. Nothing to campare to really because i personally feel nothing comes close .place is always clean and staff is always friendly highly recommend you try it if you've never been to firehouse you will most definitely be coming back
There were 3 staff working in the restaurant during my visit, but only one person was really working and preparing sandwiches. The other two were just standing around chatting with each other. I stood by the register for at least one good minute until one of the 2 people chatting came over to take my order, and he didn't seem like he wanted to be there. I finally got my sandwich 30 mintes after placing the order.
Round man seeming to be owner or manager, was not only screaming at the workers but also when we went up to look at the menu he yelled at us asking if we were going to order. Very rude and uncomfortable. Had others complaining as well. Go across the street to subway.
I love sandwiches and this is included in the good spots I know with delicious sandwiches in this area. It is basically a normal sandwich shop with a nice, cozy atmosphere and vibe. The place is always a good option whenever I am in this area and I do not have a particular place in mind to eat. The place is always clean, and they also have the nicest, most accommodating, and helpful staff. I got a lot of requests, especially if I wanted to build my own sandwich and the staff would do it accurately. One of my favorites is their spicy Cajun chicken sandwich, and that is exactly what I ordered the last time I went here. Like usual, the service is quick, and I did not take long inside the shop since I ordered for takeout. The sandwich was freshly made to order and was still hot even after a long time. I like the flavor of the Cajun chicken and the kick of spiciness it has, and it definitely goes well together, especially, of course, with the delicious sauce and fresh veggies in it. It was so good. Stopping by here is always a good one because their sandwiches never disappoint.
Their sandwiches are very good. I enjoyed the bread and the sandwiches were prepared quickly. My sister and I grabbed a quick lunch today. This is my first time getting Firehouse Subs.Just as we are finishing up, the employee with the long blonde hair in a ponytail starts SCREAMING at the older gentleman who took our order (he was nice). They were loudly arguing for 10 minutes straight about her eating food but not accounting for it in the system. It was so bizarre. I felt like I was witnessing family arguing.It’s not like she didn’t know we were there, I made eye contact with her. It made for a very awkward ending to an otherwise delicious lunch. I think she has an anger problem and clearly needs training on how to behave at work. Eventually the guy was able to tell her we will talk about this later and she stormed off to the back. Next time I will get my sandwich to go. Not the kinda of environment I wanna have lunch in. Also, you need a new employee. That is no way to behave at work.
Best subs around! Always hot & fresh sandwiches and friendly staff. Great rewards system through the app.
Loud blonde lady complaining about the people getting the free tmobile Tuesdays sub ruined my first trip here. If you don't like your job then quit
