Best Dunkin I’ve ever been to! I love seeing my girls every morning and huge shout out to Claudia! Best service and nicest staff!
Horrible customer service. Forgot half of my order and made my coffee wrong. Don’t bother coming here. bad management.
there use to be a super rude and racist employee who ignored the customers and argued with you if you asked for a straw etc etc. So i didnt go for awhile but now i go a couple of times a week and have not seen her. And the current staff are very fast and very friendly. Just a bit of a wait when there are busy .
Worst employees ever. I understand there’s a staff issue at many establishments but these two terrible girls were lazy, rude, talked back when they messed up my coffee, refused to get a manager, and then decided to shut the window on us and threatened to call the police. Lucky for me, my cousin works for Dunkin corporate and I have made my contacts. Will be pursuing this further.
Today for the first time I personally met racist, I guess she is new employee (never seen her before) and I bet she serve other ethnicity in same garbage way!!! She was rude while taking order. At the end were showing her dirty ugly middle fingers . Oh my God I don’t know who hired her but for sure she is not suppose to work with humans even with animals. I feel sorry for the business owner because they will loose their customers. No one wants to be treated in garbage way, especially in the morning. We all want to start our day with fresh coffee and donuts, and smile of Dunkin’ Donuts stuff members. I hope I won’t see her again especially in the morning. Thanks to the Afro American (unfortunately I don’t know her name, very kind lady) that lady who gave us refund and said sorry by offering coffee. Let’s be kind to each other.
Nothing like waiting in line seeing the average wait time per car is about 10 mins and they still have the order wrong when you get to the window….just drive somewhere else this one is a waste of time
The Hot Chocolate is horrible. It’s always watered down. It’s close by my home but man is it exhausting having them mess up something so simple. I go to the one on 75th and Rickett. They are ALWAYS on point. Do better.
It is what you expect from a Dunkin' donuts. It is at a very convenient location, however it is on a small lot with little parking space and a tight drive through.
Was a slow moving drive thru last time I was here. Also, very chintzy amount of creme cheese on bagels, not like other Dunkin's.
They need to offer more to potential employees because the way things are now is not great. Always long waits I'm the drive thru and recently the inside has been closed to customers too.
