Was waiting for 15 minutes to be acknowledged, yet still ignored by 5 people working there and rather packing boxes and stuff like that.
Very good worker's kind and polite a first for that place usually they are rude new faces today
This Dunkin is garbage. They never have anything, and the girl told me today they had only Mocha, French Vanilla and Carmel flavors.....like seriously? What happened to hazelnut, almond, coconut, blueberry, raspberry,?? Like you guys need to get your stuff together and how dare you charge someone for no ice in their drink. The drink is already cold as it is, you charge people more money for adding ice to a drink and you will charge them extra of they chose to not get ice? Plus I've never had this issue until now and the girl didn't even tell me they would charge me. I found out after I asked for my reciept and read it after I left. I'll never come to this trash location again.
I don't know what is attached to my donut, but it doesn't look appetizing. Service was rude, the lady at the window barley looked at me, didn't speak to me at all. There is one guy there thay was friendly and that's why they got 2 stars. The coffee tasted old and gross, the only good thing I got was the snackin bacon. I got home, my stomach is already hurting. I've only had 3 sips of coffee, 1 munchkin, and 1 pack of snackin bacon.. Most likely won't return.Update: it's been a couple hours, I definitely have food poisoning. I cannot stop puking.
The girls working there were great. They had a problem customer in front of us and handled it flawlessly. Great customer service.

My daughter loves to get a donut from time to time here on her way to school. She loves the donuts coffee matcha and chocolate milk. Service is very fast and very kind to us every time we visit.
They are okay with speed and the quality is normal dunkin quality but the staff is absolutely horrible. I have gone many times and every single person who has helped me before sounds like they hate their job and just wants to go home. No smiles no kindness in their voices. I now go out of my way just to go to a different Dunkin’ because they aren’t friendly.
I see new faces. Customer service has improved due to this. Woman who takes drive thru orders should really let anyone else do it. She rarely greets, yells at her staff while taking my order, cuts me off, and makes me repeat myself frequently because she's clearly multitasking.
The coffee taste like they forgot to add flavor. I drive an extra 10 mins to the next closest dunkin to get the service I want.
