Even before the pandemic, this store ran out of supplies, it's absolutely a waste if time going here.
Oddly, not all Dunkin Donuts are the same... the one on Eola is one of the best ones. Fast, friendly and well made coffee every time
After kids bought donuts .. I went to ask for a cup of water and they said we will charge as our owner decided not to give cup of water for free..!!! Terrible..!! Will never visit this place ever..!!
This DD in Naperville was great. The man at the window was sooooo nice and he even complimented my watch when I stuck my arm out to pay. First time using this location, but it was a great one.
By far one of the worst DD, I avoid at all possible costs but due th the proximity of the location and home, my kids always want it.They never have anything...Donuts, Muffins etc.When they do have it, it's stale and/or old.Requested Decaf coffee and was given cold coffee that apparently had been sitting awhile. When I said this is old tasting and cold she asked if I wanted it heated up. Absolutely not, I'd like a fresh cup. I was told it would take 15 M to brew a new batch, confirming basically that it was old.Service is slow but thats to be expected.
My first Dunkin order that didn't include coffee or donuts . I ordered a Large Ice Tea during the 2-6 special price hours. Great Value and the Tea tasted like Homemade I would definitely buy it again not to sweet though so if you prefer a sweeter Tea add Flavor or sweetener they have many to choose from. I will admit that I'm a creature of habit and I'm a Dunkin Ice Coffee Fan! But if you don't drink Coffee Dunkin has you covered too ?✅
this is my favorite location - and the one that got me hooked onto DD. I've always been met with kindness and my drinks taste perfect - drive thru is fast. Lovely staff. My spending habits may not enjoy how often I go but thats not what I'm here to review. I honestly just want the staff to be recognized for all they do.
Employees and managers alike still can't figure out that a mass cast to cover their mouth and nose. But they get five stars for wearing masks on their chin.
