Meh customer service, meh drinks, bad display choices. Their inside area was closed for so long a while back, and who wants to drive thru order donuts they can't see. Inside area is now opened, but alas, whole batches of donuts are just sitting on a rack with only a select few flavors displayed so you can't see the rest. It's nerve wracking having someone just watch you as soon as you walk to the counter when you're trying to figure out what donuts are available/ what you want. They never have all the flavors I want either.
I have beed visiting this place almost close to a year now. quality of the food / coffee is always good.Good part is the staff members . The complete crew is welcoming. They act fast as well. Special shout out to Girish whom I interact with a lot.Please continue the good service. My wishes

I love this location for my Iced Caramel Coffee . It's always as delicious everytime I visit this location. I will be there again soon.
My coffee is always good at this location, lines sometimes a little crazy but overall great service and coffee always good
I come here often when ever I’m on my way to Naperville or the mall, I have never had any problems w my orders. Morning and second shift are really nice, I just went through the drive through, I told the young kids that my coffee wasn’t made right at another location and they were like “ we can remake it “ it wasn’t that serious to me I just wanted extra Frenchvanilla and they gave it to me. the workers attitude is always great when I come by. :)
This place is horrible. My orders are always wrong, the staff is so confused. They never know what’s going on. They never apologize and blame everything on corporate! They are rude and obnoxious. Stay away from this location!
Don’t waste your time going here if you make a call or ask if they have what you want !! I don’t know the management but they always run off some things in the menu ! (Chocolate) (ingredients for coffe) sometimes all you want is the hot coffe from them cuz is bomb but in this one if it’s not the chocolate for the donuts is the hot chocolate drink ? it’s always a guess!
They gave me a damaged cup so my car interior and I had a coffee bath. Not happy ?
I usually order through drive thru and sometime one or two items are missing from the order. Since I stay near by I usually go back and let the owner know that few items were missing. Rather than apologizing for the mistake they accused me back that why it happens always with us.Please check your order while ordering through drive through. The way the management treat there customer is pathetic.
