Don’t go to this Dunkin Donuts. I ordered a bagel. When I opened the bag, inside with the napkins was a used band-aid from someone’s finger. Absolutely disgusting. I didn’t bother to go back because I didn’t want to eat anything this location has to offer after that. I will only be going to the Kirk Rd location by Walmart from now on. It’s a little of out of the way for me, but their sanitation standards are at least at an appropriate level so that I do not receive biohazard waste in my food.

i came here and ordered a pesto grilled cheese specifically for the pesto and received no pesto my first time ever getting it, i couldn’t even go back and get a new one because by the time i realized it was too late and i couldn’t leave school and had nothing else to eat. they also gave me hummus instead of avocado once for my AVOCADO toast. every time i come something always goes wrong, one time one of the employees was taking my ordered and i asked for a strawberry donut with sprinkles and when i seen him he started reaching for chocolate which is completely different and the entire time he took my order he was looking over me and around the store not even paying attention to my order. I work fast food too so i understand and i’ve really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because of this but every single time i go something always happens and i’m so tired of it.
At 3am, coffee was fresh and hot. 2 employees we’re working at the store but the guy refused to take order for a sandwich and said they’re serving only drinks. Found employees just chatting not busy with any work. Store is loosing money by refusing orders.
Manager very rude telling me to go to McDonald’s if u don’t like the service here they consistently serve hot coffee warm and the manager does not honor any coupons !!! I cannot believe that she could be in charge of a Dunkin doughnuts This is the first Dunkin dounuts I had ever had issues with Something needs to be done Others from my work feel the same way , funny stories about how rude she is but very sad for a Dunkin doughnuts franchise !!
This is a great stop for a great cup of coffee at a good price. The drive thru is fast and accurate. It can be tricky getting out depending on traffic and which way you are headed. The food is good and the donuts are fresh until about 2 or 3 then they get a bit dry but you can always give them a dunkin the coffee. They have good service on the inside and decent bathrooms that are clean most of the time. Overall it's a good dunkin donuts.
This place is so unprofessional with rude staff that is lazy and got an bad attitude. I only went here because its down the street from my home. However, after the way that young last staff member turned her back while I was asking her a question, I said I will nit spend my money where It is not welcomed!!! Straight ignorant and lazy staff. Need to do better…
No one answered when I went for coffee 9:45pm. Food is not possible at that time to order doughnuts are very limited.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced, the night time employees are extremely rude their favorite excuse is " there's only one person here at night" I understand your understaffed but this is your job the least you can do is be professional and politely state that all you serve is coffee and donuts and can not accomodate any other request. As well as letting the customer know you will be with them in a minute through the intercom I waited for like 15mins at the menu board and didn't hear nothing so pulled up to the window and the employee got mad.
The bathroom was actually scary. Food in the toilet, paper on the floor, no soap, and the flusher was broken. I wouldn't go back, and I love DD
