Rude. Didn't even eat there because the female worker there was super rude. We only waited like 10 minutes before you guys opened and she came out with a horrible attitude asking "You waiting for us to order or something?" Umm yeah we are! So we just left. You guys lost a $30 sale because of her attitude.
Upon arrival, we witnessed two people outside of uniform smoking outside the establishment, when ordering they walked behind the vehicle through a side door into the establishment. Coffee was horrible (so bitter!!), donuts were not good. Drive -thru operator was speaking to them and let them in while we paid. All the employees were just standing around and talking.
No clue what their function is, but the dining room is closed, only drive thru. Had a large order of donuts to order and they expected me to do it thru a pick up window???? Never setting foot in this dive ever again
Every single time we come here our order is wrong. It's absolutely frustrating. What makes it worse is when I let them know at the window it's wrong, they claimed to fix it then I drove off and later taste it to find out it's still wrong.
I ordered 2 iced Carmel macchiatos. Got 2 nasty iced coffees. The girl did give me the correct coffee except it was all almond milk with an inch of coffee on the top. This location is not what it used to be. The employee's and management just don't care anymore and it shows in the lack of quality in their products and employee's.
Went and got a iced coffee and some breakfast. The iced coffee just tastes like flavored syrup and cream. It was so thick and didn't even taste like there was coffee in it. They also never give us the hash browns
We came in as a larger group all wanting to give them our business nonetheless. The manager blew up at us and accused us of opening the door for customers who were outside of the store (apparently the door had been locked after we came in, but no one informed us of this). When we told her that we didn’t let anyone in, the manager caught an attitude and said “well one of you did” and then stormed to the back of the store in a very aggravated way. She was throwing her hands up and rolling her eyes throughout the entire time we were there. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Let my start this off by saying this is the worst dunkin I've been to. My first incident, happened about 6 months ago, involved finding TRASH in the bottom of my coffee after I already drank it. ? Tried contacting the store owner to which a rude employee says "what are we supposed to do about that?". How about not put TRASH in my coffee. Got the manager's number and they never answered no matter what time of day. So I tried corporate and never heard anything back. Professional. Anyway, I decided to try dunkin once more, because I needed a coffee fix, and yet again was given horrible customer service. I asked for a Medium Iced Caramel Latte to which the person taking my order says " a medium decaf latte?". I said "no not decaf", and repeated my order. I pull up to the window and they try to hand me something that doesn't even look like a latte, black coffee. I asked if it was a latte and the girl just laughs, says "one minute", and closes the window, then she hands me a drink that looks like milk . I tried it and it was just straight up milk and caramel. The employees were blasting music to which they obviously couldn't understand eachother or their customers. This place is a joke. They are hiring people who obviously don't care a bit. I thought maybe after 6onths it would change, my mistake. ????
purple hair manager or worker is a straight up rude person. she was yelling at us for OPENING THE DOOR? to who? it’s a public place? it seems a bit racist and racially motivated because we were a variety of hispanic and mixed color customers. I WILL NEVER go here again. Plus the bagel was uncooked.
I go here every day. I just wish they were faster. Be prepared to sit in line for 20 minutes this place is extremely slow. Need to get it togather. I am about to go to the one on lake street because it's 10x faster. WHERE IS THE OWNER TO RESPOND TO ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS. ?
