I just want to share with all of you the very disrespectful and rude experience I went through today. I was at the drive thru and for some reason I said out loud “ Can I have a Venti Iced Coffee” and the girl at the other side said “We don’t have Venti here this ain’t Starbucks” in a rude tone. And I said “Did I say Venti, I’m sorry my bad. Can I have a large Iced coffee”I could hear several voices speaking through the drive thru speaker and the same voice said “No you can go to Starbucks, we’re better than them.”I sat there for 5 seconds trying to process what I just heard and sped off. Trying to keep my composure and not tell off the drive thru person as I could see they were starring out of the window laughing. If i didn’t have my 8 month old baby with me, I would have told them off.How about instead of playing with sarcasm, you treat your customers with respect, instead of giving snarky responses. Will not be returning, and I will be telling all my friends and family not to come here. And if you’re reading this, I would avoid this location at all costs.Maybe I will stick with my Starbucks

As many others have said, customer service is terrible at this location. The only nice person is a guy who I'm assuming is the owner, otherwise very rude employees. The coffee is also made different every time, never the same even if it's the same drink.

Always get drinks here. Perfect every time. They just run out of donuts quickly, only gripe.

What you can expect but they always have what you want and always speedy

Avoid this location at all costs. No customer services skills whatsoever. I ordered a drink on the app for pickup. When I arrived, I was told they didn't have the ingredients. Obviously issues arise and not a huge deal it's only a coffee drink after all. It is what happened next that leads me to leave the 1 star review. I simply asked for a refund (as they didn't have what I ordered) and they said that it isn't possible. I'm sorry what?! You took my money and now can't refund it after you don't have what I paid for. That makes no sense. The manager (who store staff called) also refused to initiate a refund and requested me come back to the store the next day if I wanted to speak with him. Why would I take time out of my schedule to drive back to the store? I asked for his name and information to speak directly to him and he refused to provide it.

The bacon ? is horrible here , and the rest of the stuff looks like someone chew on it before it was handed to me . I love Dunkin on Douglas but this one on smith is the worst ??‍♀️ Don’t talk about the drinks it’s all sugar and milk ?

Great location. I stop here on my way to work. Super fast service. I order through the app but even if there's a line it moves pretty fast. Also, out of all Dunkins that I visit, this location for some reason makes my coffee taste better, and I order the same favorite order from the app.

These guys have no idea how to make an Ice Coffee, Mocha, Cream and Sugar with espresso shot, it gets messed up every single time! They add a table spoon of Mocha which i see at the bottom of the cup and this is every single time! They need to be retrained and go through Customer Service Skills Training Programs to learn how to deal with people. Unfortunately i have no car to go too other Dunkin's so I'm stuck going to this one when i need my coffee fix, good thing i go just once a week but even then, i waste my money on their mistakes.

Passing by stopped for a sandwich. Bacon Egg and cheese was greasy, bacon not cooked all the way. Disgusting. Bad service. Bathroom closed for customers. Threw sandwich in the garage ?
