I just want to start off with saying that this places manager and owner are very nice and their staff overall is very talkative and just helped me pick out a flavor blizzard because I was confused. The blizzard I had was just amazing I absolutely loved it?. The store was also very clean and everything was just beautiful. So I would ? percent go back to this store because it is a 5 star out of 5 for me. I would recommend anyone to go to this location and have a dessert.
If I could give negative stars, I would. My family and I patronize this Dairy Queen on a regular and I am really appalled that the owner hung up the phone while as I was asking him a question. My husband along with my 5 year old son went in to purchase an ice cream cone. When my husband handed my son the ice cream, my son dropped it while still at the register. My son comes back to the car sad. My husband asked the owner if the cone could be replaced and he was told he could purchase another one at a discount. I then call in to speak with the owner regarding lack of compassion for a child and how he would rather faithful lose a patron over a $4 ice cream cone. I don’t think that would have broken the bank for his establishment. He then kept hollering instead of listening to me. Shortly after, he hangs the phone up. Sad to say that had my family been of a different race, other than black, I’m sure I would not have to even had to ask for a replacement, it would have been immediately given. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

Absolutely great service. I got my order within minutes during the busy evening. Everyone is nice and friendly. They made the best custom cake based on the descriptions given! I would recommend this place. ?
Worst location ever! They always take forever to get your order ready. The personal has no idea what they are doing and the one that knows is on the register shouldn’t it be the other way around ? Since the guy at the register knows all the ingredients already. But oh well gave them too many tries already, and I won’t go again there and absolutely do not recommend.
Called before heading here to make sure they had the Berry Cheesecake blizzard, as I also told the person on the phone that I was pretty sure it was a seasonal product. She said they have it, so I came in, said I had just talked to her, and repeated that I wanted the Berry Cheesecake. She noticed me looking at the menu and said "oh it's not up there, our menu isn't updated"....She was nice, but she mustve greatly misunderstood me...I received raspberry or blackberry with dark chocolate pieces in it... Didn't realize until I got home obviously. I called later on to let them know of the mistake, and the manager was defensive, saying "I don't know what you're talking about, we don't sell that here"... Exactly! That's why I asked beforehand! Then she said they can't make it because they don't sell that, but I know! I just wanted a store credit or discount next time!...She didn't want to understand me or discuss further over the phone and asked me to come in.... very awkward, it could've been simply resolved and not pinned on the customer...
We love this Dairy Queen! Such helpful and friendly new owners.
Bought a box of dilly bars and they were very skimpy with the ice cream and a very thin layer of chocolate dip. Will not return!
Amazing decorations on CakesI know this place since last couple of year but recently they changed the person and the new people make the cake decoration amazing
The blizzard I ordered was good and a nice size and good price for the order. The people behind the counter were kind and helpful. They did amazing job with the Birthday cake we ordered for my son. It’s a custom design.
