The staff here are hard workers and are very prompt even during busy times. I've eaten here three times over the year and every time I've eaten at this specific location it has made me sick. I don't know what specifically caused it but something in the food products is not sitting right. Find a different restaurant chain to eat at, Chipotle doesn't deserve your money.
This chipotle is my go to spot! The workers (especially Siya) always go out of their way to make sure my chipotle bowl is perfection. I wouldn’t want anyone else to make my burrito bowl ❤️
Please treat us like humans we are animals. There has to be a proper way of making it. Not just throwing in. And please use proper gloves that fits the job. Don’t do job for just a sake of it. Please put little effort to it. No body is getting free food. We all are paying for it.Please chipotle
This chipotle never fails to fulfill my dreams. I will go out of my way to visit this specific location because of the friendly staff and positive/safe work environment. Siya is a great staff member who goes above and beyond to make all customers feel supported and valued.
Cleaning as they work could help. Learn from Jersey Mike’s on how to do this and take it back to team.Food was everywhere, they don’t have anything to wipe their counter down as they prepare the food. Then you got to check out and there was food all over that counter. The gentleman that rang the register was missing it as he would put food in the bag then drag it along cheese and sour cream- now that customer is going to put that on the seat of their car? The dining room at 5:30 was empty unfortunately no tables were clean, trash overflowing. Customers having to wipe down their own tables. Just sharing
This is my favorite Chipotle! The service is always great, with the workers at the counter always being super nice! I have never had an issue with this location, other chipotle locations i’ve had so many issues with but this one always hits the mark. The food is always fresh and the workers are always trying their best!
This location actually sucks. They can never get a mobile order done correctly or on time. Something needs to change here. One time a mobile order wasn’t done until 40 minutes later than ordered for and there was a whole lobby of people waiting. No one did anything. Worth driving to a farther location.
I stopped getting Chipotle for a while because more than half the time there would be a hair in my bowl from this location. Finally thought to give it a try again after a couple years and when I opened my bowl there was a big disgusting hair positioned so obviously at the top, the consistency of this error is actually quite astonishing. Completely unsanitary, unappetizing, gross, disappointing, etc. I used to love Chipotle when I lived in the city and would have it weekly from multiple locations and never found a hair in my food until I tried this location. We’ve given them multiple chances over the years but more times than not get a hair in our food so will not return. Please check your food for hair before you eat from here just to be sure, sometimes it can get lost in the lower layers and you notice after you’ve started eating ?
Best Chipotle in Naperville area IMO. Very consistent and quick. My go to Chipotle. Better than average portions - always a spot to sit for 2 to 3 people or less. The staff is fairly consistent - low turn over likely means they are treated well and it shows in their friendly service.
Definitely my least favorite Chipotle.Have had messed up orders at least 2-3 times now recently when ordering through the app.Wrong meats, way over-done on the cilantro, missing items, etc.Annoying for a restaurant that I like. Guess i'll find another one in the area.
