7:45 Pm. Out of salad. 1 bag of chips that were stale. I guess supply chain issues or is Putins war? Go to the south Naperville location. They seem to consistantly have product and chips aren't stale.
I visited this location in-person and observed liquid (water?) dripping from an overhead ventilation unit directly above the food line onto the sneezeguard, dangerously close to dripping directly into the food.This seems like a massive oversight and when I talked to someone in person, it felt more like being blown off than anyone would directly address my concern and Fix The Problem.The first ventilation unit on the left from the customer's perspective is the one I observed dripping (please watch for a minute or more to observe) but I wouldn't ignore the other vents either, as they are identical.I observed it drip in real-time while waiting in line, after seeing traces of liquid on the sneezeguard.Please CC General Manager, Store Owner, Regional Manager, and all relevant parties for this food safety issue.
I love the freshness of chipolte as well as the vegetarian// vegan options. I would rate inside the store a 5 and through the app a 4. The main reason for this is simply the quantity of food they put on. I highly recommend chipolte for food. Their customer service gets a solid gold 7 out 5 stars, they go the extra mile and then some.
Overpriced overrated just horrible every time you order food from chipotle the meat is always cold all the toppings are always chilled too much the ratio of chilled toppings and cold meat leaves you with just cold food overall super bland no flavor no salt book and then I say overpriced
I don’t RECOMMEND this Store. I orders 4 Steak Bowl you can really count the Steak pieces. This is not what I expected. Go to other place than this Store Very CHEAP.
The employees were rude and had attitude toward us as we were trying to order. When we finished paying the lady threw the salsa at us. I don’t know how a corporation like Chipotle can allow their staff to treat their costumers like that.
Y'all need to DO better! Clean this place up it is always dirty. I bet if DHEC got involved they'd shut it down for it being so dirty and gross. I went here once, won't go back.
Overall the food was good. But, I got some extras on my chicken burrito and didn't get anything extra. The taco kids meal didn't come with the chips. The other chicken burrito didn't come with any of the salsas but had good chicken and rice. Order from the site and picked up in the store it took an extra 20 mins to get the food, but they didn't give me a free large drink for the wait.
The staff was not as sharp or attentive as I normally expect at a Chipotle. It was well pass the lunch rush, so the slowness was very noticeable.
Last time I go to a Chipotle, especially the one Kirk Rd in Aurora. For one bowl almost $18.00 and horrible service. Too bad I can't give it zero star
