Every day I order the same food2 cheesy melt breakfast and they always change prices…. One day they charge me $8.18 next day $8:78 next day $13.28 way??!!! This is being on and onAnd I asked for the receipt and they always said that the printer is not working !!!When I find out in my account this…how you go to complain if you don’t have the receipt??!!!!!!
The most dirtiest restaurant I've ever been to. The outside is just sad to watch. Garbage everywhere. Staff is super ghetto. You can't say anything because of fear they might either slash your tires or place bugs in your food. Food is beyond greasy and old tasting. I keep giving them chances but this was the last time I came to this location. My bag of food had nasty, greasy finger prints all over it. Same lady handling money also grabbing the food bags.
How is this place still in business? The service they give here is way below standard.. you can probably get better service at a kids lemonade stand….
By even Burger King's low bar this location sets the substandard. Rude employees and management, often out of items on the menu and a general s*** appearance of the store. This makes the McDonald's at Eola and Hafenrictor look like a 3 star michelin restaurant. There are much better Burger Kings within a few miles of this place. If you are really hankering for a burger, I would just go up the street to the Sonic, which busy, often puts out a good product.
They gave us half an order through the drive-through had to go back and get the other sandwich that they didn't put in the bag
drive up window is great. Staff is friendly and food us always hot. I love the fish sandwich !!
Last night I went to the drive-through as normal. I placed my order and I had to repeat it 3 times. He managed to manage to tell me what he heard and when I got home the order was still wrong. The bun was so stale it fell apart in my hands when I picked it up. I guess I'm going to have to find another location.

Drive through can be unreasonably slow and its curbed on the side so youre trapped. Dont try it, don't go.
This place is so pricey for what it is. Person in the drive through is hard to understand but becomes better to understand when annoyed. ? I keep getting reminded why I dislike BK
