The GOOD: Seasoned fries are amazing. Friendly service. Tasty burger. Food was hot.The BAD: unbelievably SLOW. Sat in drive through line for at least 15 minutes with only one car in front of me, and my order came out wrong (see below). Coke was watered down. Kinda expensive - cheeseburger, small fries (decent size), and small coke (pretty small) was $13 with tax. The cheeseburger only is about $10 w/tax.The UGLY: they messed up my order but fixed it quickly, and it appears they "upgraded" me to a double cheeseburger but wow-this is really too much. This thing is falling apart as i try to eat it.
I do recommend B2B but they really NEED to up their service. was the only one in drive thru no one responded to my "Hello" not to my horn honking . and I could clearly see someone sweeping (back door was open). the only Person at counter didn't even acknowledge me .. someone else finally came over and took my order but I requested a menu he said they didn't have one ?. I had to order what I remembered from drive through menu .. it's been a few months since I've stopped in because Last time although I ordered online I still waited over 25 minutes in drive thru (no indoor dining at the time so I couldn't go in for pick up). service is SLOW .. ? need better trained workers. Courtesy and good service with good food and people will return .. it'll be a while for me. ? I literally just looked at page and menu is fully listed .. they can't print some! ?? WOW.
It was our first time here. The food was good but average. I had the gyro sandwich. We dined in and the ketchup dispenser was out. We informed the staff, but they didn't replace it in the time we ate our food. Prices were decent. We will go back.
This is a really cool spot with lots of parking and seating available. The staff were quick to greet us and we're very personable. The menu is simple which is a good thing. We waited about 10 minutes for our order of burger, chicken sandwich, and fries. After, we went back and ordered shakes to take home.Dine-in is the way to go here. The chicken is cooked really well and the burger had a good char flavor. The buns were light but also able to keep the sandwich together. The prices are a little high in my opinion, but fair. The seasoned fries had a bit too much seasoning on them, and the shakes taste artificial and cheap. They were really thick and hard to drink, which would have been fine if they were good. The shakes were definitely the weakest part of our meal.I would be comfortable bringing others with me next time I decide to get a burger or chicken sandwich.
Great spot for halal burgers. It is one of the best juicy burgers. Make sure to ask for the grilled topping! The tenders were cooked to the right point to make it very tasty. On the other hand, the manager was amazing, to see such care toward food and service. On top of that I saw the manager treat an employee for their birthday. It is hard to see that ever happen these days. Total respect for the manager. I 200% recommend this place to everyone and I encourage the manager/owner to keep doing what they do and they will always be the best!
The chicken quality is great, tender and not over cooked, and not super oily when served. The spicy chicken sandwich just comes with the spicy bumper sauce, which is a bit like Sriracha ranch. The regular bumper sauce is like honey mustard and ranch. The burger was ok, not quite as good as five guys. And the fries weren't as seasoned as five guys. The Shakes have a great soft serve consistency but the strawberry was too vanilla. The Mango shake was very good though, highly recommend ?
HFSAA Certified & Family Approved! Hands down the most thick, creamy & super delicious shakes ever! We got the Vanilla & Mango shakes and you get that scent of mango before your lips hit the straw!

After a long time we finally decided to dine in rather than do take out. This was the best place to do that. Auni was the person who took our order. He was nothing short of amazing. Since we had hungry kids with us, he gave us our fries first to start munching on. The he brought our order to us and made sure we had everything we needed including getting us waters. The food was so good too, my kids have never eaten that fast! This was such a great experience; from customer service to the food. Thank you Auni and the Bumper 2 Burger team!
