Come in with a large party on a Saturday night and they were not busy at all but the service was terrible. We kept asking for drinks and never got them. Food was mediocre. I had a chicken wrap and it was dry. The guy who was seating people was a complete jerk. Plenty of other places in area worth going too. Not worth my money and they charge a 3% surcharge for a Covid fee!
My husband and I visited this location for the first time. I will say that the food was very tasty. Service was a little lackluster. The gentleman who took our order was nice if not overly attentive. The young lady who brought us our food and put it on our table barely acknowledged us. I think I get more acknowledgment from my teens that want nothing to do with me. They weren’t overly busy yet. I had to get up and find my own silverware because we only had one set at the table. We had to flag down our server to ask for a drink refill- and even that took some serious arm waving. The bathroom was actually pretty gross. The three stars is totally for how yummy the food was.
My boyfriend and I came in to have a drink out in the patio. As I was drinking I was looking around and saw the “manager” yelling at his employees. We we’re outside and they were inside in the “wait to be seated” area. He looked very furious and he was all red. I don’t know what happened but that is NOT appropriate. Instead of enjoying my drink I’m worrying about the employees. Would not recommend to come here where they treat their employees like that. What hurt the most is that that specific employee was very kind and attentive.
The El Camino burger was delicious! Service was attentive but I'm not a fan of the at the table check out, I feel like looking over your bill and deciding on the amount to tip should be a private matter, not on the spot with your server.
I won't be back.... first, they wouldn't honor our "Buy One, Get One" coupon because (holy cow) we "ordered a promotional drink." (If I was coming back, which I'm not, I'd just order a soda, apparently.) Next, they won't even let you buy one of their daily specials (drinks) without charging you extra. Tonight, I ordered a well bourbon/whiskey... it arrived on the rocks. My bill charged me $5 for the drink and an extra $1.50 for having it "on the rocks." The last time I was there, they charged me an extra $1.50 because I had ordered it "neat." So, how, exactly am I supposed to get a $5 drink??? Do they have to come over and pour it down my throat??? This place is a rip-off. The food is ok, but nothing special. And there were only about 4 customers in the whole place at dinner time tonight... I can see why. Won't be back......

My usual spot was packed so stopped in to check the place out and grab a quick weeknight dinner and a few beers at the bar. Updated and clean inside. Pizza special was ok, they never brought my chili app. McKenzie at the bar was the only memorable thing.
I love the chain itself, but this location isn’t the best. We were here for a group outing for a coworker so the table was taken for a while as people came and left as they got off work. The staff was sick of us by the time we left. The waitress gave us the bill and then took our cards and ran the payments. As she was doing this some man who worked there yelled from across the building that they are closing and we have to leave now, basically kicking us out. We all said well she has our cards so we can’t leave. It was very rude yelling across the restaurant in front of other people. I’m not sure who he thought he was. We gave them so much business that night.

I ordered carry out, Garlic lemon chicken with mash potatoes and broccoli. Sounds delicious unfortunately my meal was very disappointing. My chicken looks like should I bread or not with no flavor..
